Emilee "Emma" Berger of Monroe Co. TN is truly a "Nothingberger" (Crosspost from the Shiitake Awards blog)

This fugly freak of nature is Emilee "Emma" Burger, and it looks like she went to the Krusty Noem school for caking on makeup. At least she'll be in a place where she won't have to worry that she looks like puppy killing Noem's stunt double.

TN woman charged with identity theft after posting registered sex offender's warrant online

Addison Howard Mar 14, 2026

The Monroe County Sheriff's Office says one woman is charged with identity theft after deputies received word she posted a copy of an arrest warrant of a registered (person) on Facebook.

Sheriff Tommy Jones stated that Emilee "Emma" Berger posted a warrant for a (registered person, name redacted here) on a Facebook page titled "Uncensored Voices of Monroe County Revamped."...

That document Berger posted, according to Sheriff Jones, contained personal information, including his Social Security number, date of birth, driver's license number, and full name.

Detectives later spoke with (the registrant), who confirmed he did not give anyone permission to publish his personal identifying information anywhere. They then reached out to Berger, who said she had redacted the identifying information after somebody told her about it, and then reposted the warrant with the personal information removed.

"However, the following day Ms. Berger created another post on the same Facebook page acknowledging that the warrant had originally been posted without the identifying information being redacted," Sheriff Jones wrote. "The copy of the warrant that appeared on Facebook contained a visible line through the document. Detectives determined that this line is automatically applied when documents are scanned into the Monroe County court system."

Since the original warrant does not contain that line, detectives believed that the copy posted on social media originated from the Monroe County Clerk of Court's electronic system and was transferred to Betger by someone who had authorized access to the system.

Investigators then had to try and figure out who accessed the document and sent it to Berger.

The county's clerk of court requested an audit of the court system from the time the warrant was signed and entered into the system until the time it appeared on social media. She found that two different authorized users had access to the document during the relevant timeframe, and neither was an employee of the sheriff's office nor the clerk of court's office. At this time, it has yet to be determined who the culprit is.

Sheriff Jones says his office will hand their findings off to "the appropriate authorities responsible" for furthering the investigation:

"While many county records are public records and can be viewed by the public, certain information contained within those records is protected by law and is not permitted to be publicly disclosed, including personal identifying information such as Social Security numbers and driver’s license numbers. Documents released through proper public channels have this information redacted to protect individuals from identity theft and fraud."

Deputies arrested Berger on Friday, March 13.

A member of the Facebook group where the document was posted said they are disappointed the county prioritized putting this woman behind bars, referencing the sheriff's office arrest of a retired preacher who died while restrained for hours in a chair at the Monroe County Jail.

"Can't protect a 74 year old man but protection for Registered S** O** is a priority for 8 Monroe County Officers on a Friday night," the user posted. "Remember this when you vote."

Sheriff Jones says the public shouldn't always trust what they see on social media.

"The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office encourages the public to avoid relying on rumors or unverified information circulating on social media," he stated. "As always, we ask citizens to wait for accurate information released directly by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office regarding ongoing investigations."

Petra Luna to create new band called "Fallout Girl"

Seems Petra Luna[tic], or as I call her, "Putrid Lusa," is STILL suffering from the 20/20 fallout. Do you think her publicity scheme was bad? It was nothing compared for her alleged theft of the "copyrighted" April's Law (How does one "copyright" a law anyways?). Anyways, much like the "war on terror," Putrid Lusa's "war on abuse" took a right turn at Albequerque and feuding with "Lil' Deb," who's anything but "little;" which begs the question- who exactly WAS Petra Luna's newest [s]hit song "I'm Fat, So What?" REALLY directed at? Hmmm................

I intended to address the war between some Anti factions a few months ago, particularly some group called House of Yahweh. Some of the fringe members of the Absolute Zero group. But here's a good little comment from the same You Tube link:
MaximusGIuteus March 26, 2008 (Block User) Hey there, Impostor. I hear that you used to be in Yahweh. I wonder why they kicked you out.Could it be that you were pretending to be an Anti and stalking them and harassing them? Yes, it certainly could be that. So, why are you pretending to be Rebel Child? Do you not have enough problems in your pitiful, pathetic, and completely worthless life? You know, I could change that pretty easily. It wouldn't take much, but it would leave me bored, cause I'd have to stop going after people who are worth my time, just to deal with you. lol Stop pretending to be worth a shit
I've never been in Yahweh. Nice try though. lol

Ever notice the small time movements have the most infighting? Looks like Petra's army truly IS an "Army of One." I guess since the Army doesn't use that slogan she can steal that one too! ROFL!

Stitches suffers from "Static Cling"

Its a sad thing when you grow to hate a person or a group so much you join up and kiss the ass of their arch-nemesis just out of spite. But such as the case with Jeremy aka "Static," ex-staff member of SOSEN who just never really seemed to fit into the group, and like a jealous child angry at being snubbed, joins the mean girls club to exact revenge. Its one of those hindsight 20/20 things, you should have seen it coming. personally, watching them interact at the now defunct "Sex Offender Alliance" (a self-proclaimed "treatment" site run by an arrogant prick who believes in groveling before the likes of AZU). Ironically, Static asked me to record as much of that site as possible for him out of some small fear of being misquoted or something to that effect by the trolls. Files which has lain dormant for a number of months. Fortunately, I still have them. Reading these old files is like watching WWE's "Glamarella." All that flirting between two nasty trolls makes me want to puke. A few low-lights:

WARNING: Have barf-bags handy!

SOA "WelcomeStitches77" Apr. 19, 2008
Static: You make a worthy adversary
Stitches: Why do you believe I'm an adversary?

SOA "Ooooh The Irony!" May 3, 2008
Metanoid: I have been fairly impressed (so far) the way static and Stitches have been dealing with each other. Like any good bartender, though, I do have my big boy boots under the counter. Just in case!
Static: I hope they're VERY big boys- you don't wanna be around when Stitches gets her dander up... :)
Stitches: I'm not afraid of much in this world. But I'm not gonna take on Mets' big boy boots. I do have my limits you know. Woah! My dander? Why Static, it sounds like you're scared of me.

My personal favorite line, however, came from Metanoid: "F1, our goals SHOULD be similar to the AZ folks." Really? So our goal is to harass and intimidate and threaten people into getting what they want? Maybe its for the best SOA dissolved. Metanoid played with fire, and got burned by Absolute Zero, and by the time he realized his folly, the deed was done. Next time, learn to listen to people, Metanoid.

By the way, if you ever meet a certain cocky PO from Florida named DP1/PinkPanther/hopeso, be wary of her. In addition to supporting Absolute Zero United and quoting them as a reference (which is like quoting Mein Kampf for race relations), she offers this gem:

"And what a compliment to you and the regular posters here from the AZ folks. Stick around guys.....we may be on to something very special." The only thing "special" was the collapse of SOA. I discussed the SOA saga in a previous article (http://absolutezerounites.blogspot.com/2008/06/when-trolls-attack.html), but in this case, I wanted to point out this exchange between Jeremy Static and Marina Stitches77.

Fast forward to the here and now. After disappearing into the night, Jeremy comes back on the side of AZU. Aside from the usual flirting with the Queen of the Damned, he maskes the following cognitive distortion:

http://www.haloscan.com/comments/absolutezero/2178179162202528327/#58449

The best thing a RSO in these groups could do would be to leave and take care of his own problems first. THEN there may be a way to fix some of the problems with SO policy. If you do these things in the reverse order, all you'll do is waste your time and not fix the problems which got you into this mess in the first place. This is dangerous, irresponsible, and pointless- even counter-productive. It's high time for these RSO's to come out of the "Land of Goshen" and enter the "Promised Land" of personal responsibility.

Come on, Linda- Let my people go...

Jeremy 11.02.08 - 1:03 am

Funny how under an article aptly named "Our Secret Goal," Jacey says the following:

"Recently a volunteer from Perverted-Justice was able to infiltrate SOSEN and was even promoted to being a staff member in their forums."

Later they brag of posting up a site showing STOLEN private messages and IPs. Ironically, Perverted-Justice sympathizer and suspected member Andrew Golden offers up this fact:

http://law.marquette.edu/facultyblog/2008/11/11/if-the-drew-fits-charge-it/

"Let’s even ignore the fact that the legislative intent of the CFAA was, quite simply, to criminalize hacking into servers to get information the server owners didn’t want a person to have; in fact, the vast majority of cases prosecuted under the CFAA involve exactly that."

Thanks for the factoid, PJer. No big coincidence that Static disappeared around the time PJ got all this private info PJ/AZ was never supposed to have. At the least, Jeremy looks VERY suspicious, suspicious enough to warrant a CFAA investigation on him. And honestly, to what end does it serve to publicly post IP and personal info on people who randomly enter a site to get advice or to read articles? None. Except to try to scare people or to give dangerous vigilantes like Brett Franklin of Sedalia, MO the means to make threats against people.

Seems like AZU suffers from far more than "Static Cling." It suffers from an impending FBI criminal investigation.
