Of course, what StatiCunt won't tell you is Stitches 77 has never stood behind her words or answered a direct question. After 15 months I still have never receive a response to that comment she made about Patty Wetterling. Which, of course, explains why she has her Tier 3 RSO yes-man speaking for her outside the confines of her dungeon. On the other hand, I have stood behind every assertion, every comment, and every stat I have inundated throughout the internet, because unlike AZU I back up my words with evidence. Six arraigned in brutal Seneca Falls attack

Six people arrested in connection with a brutal attack in Seneca Falls were in court Monday.


William, Brandon, Justin Meacham and Marvin Snyder are all charged with first degree gang assault. Stephanie Meachum and her sister Angela Wheeler are also charged with gang assault and face additional attempted assault charges. William Meacham is a convicted sex offender.
They're all accused of brutally beating Adrian Porter in his apartment complex last month. Porter was found in the parking lot of the apartment complex where he lived. He was bleeding and unconscious. Family members say he suffered a broken nose, facial fractures, and brain trauma.
"I want justice in my brother's case," Porter's sister Selena McKoy said. "Point blank. Because no human being should ever have to go through something like that."
Seneca Falls Police say the attack appeared to be retaliation for Porter trying to alert his neighbors about sex offenders who lived in their complex.
"We found that Mr. Porter had downloaded the photos of sex offenders that lived in the complex, and had posted them somewhere in the vicinity of the laundromat that's in the facility." Seneca Falls Police Chief Frederick Capozzi said.
After court, Porter's sister and members of the Meacham family had a heated exchange before the mother of five of the suspects came to their defense.
"I'm not saying my kids done right, they done wrong," Sheryl Meachum said. "But when you're being run down with a machete, you're not going to stand there. You're going to fight back."
Police and the Seneca County District Attorney couldn't comment on the use of that machete. They say it's part of their investigation into what the DA calls a tragedy for everyone involved.
"This was a tragic affair for the Porter family," Seneca County District Attorney Richard Swinehart said. "He was seriously injured by a group of people, that's why we brought gang assault charges here today. It's obviously a tragedy for the Meacham family, who have five of their relatives all in jail right now, plus one of their friends."
Adrian Porter is currently recovering at the brain trauma unit at Saint Mary's Hospital in Rochester. His mother Deborah Williams says her son has been able to move and talk somewhat, though he is still experiencing problems with his memory.

I don't feel even remotely sorry for Porter. You harassed someone and threatened him with a machete. Just like how members of Absolute Zero United and Perverted Justice threaten and harass someone, only anonymously. But it backfired. Unlike that kid beaten by that crazy crackhead in Washington, this man fought back, and beat the viggie senseless. Vigilante justice is dangerous work. Law and Order CI: Neighborhood Watch

Law and Order: Criminal Intent ran an episode for the new season regarding vigilantism as the result of being placed on the sex offender registry. The RSO in the story was a person who, at 19, pled guilty to sex with a 15 year old, and placed on the sex registry, which led to his murder. Though the show was obviously inspired the the murder of two sex offenders in Maine a few years back, it illustrates perfectly the mentality of the vigilante groups. In fact, I would not be surprised if Tracy Golden, Marina Hammond, Chris Brocious, Barb Ireland, or Xavier von Erck himself ended up killing a former offender someday.

Wis. charges say gunman had `nothing to lose'

MARINETTE, Wis. (AP) — Scott J. Johnson hid in the woods knowing police were coming after him.
He had nothing to lose, plotting to kill as many officers as he could after luring them to a nearby river by ambushing a group of teenagers, according to a criminal complaint.
Johnson gunned down three teens as they relaxed near a bridge spanning the Menominee River between Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula that is a popular swimming site, prosecutors said Wednesday.
"His plan was to shoot anyone who showed up to help," Marinette County District Attorney Brent DeBord said.
But Johnson apparently reconsidered after shooting the teens, the complaint said. Following an all-night manhunt, he surrendered to authorities, disabling his military-type rifle in a way that would be obvious to them, DeBord said.
Johnson, 38, of Kingsford, Mich., was charged Wednesday with three counts of first-degree intentional homicide. The charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.
Johnson's public defender, Len Kachinsky, said he plans to hold his first meeting with Johnson before a court hearing Thursday.
"I think people should maintain an open mind and withhold judgment until the evidence is in," Kachinsky said.
The complaint tells a chilling story of a disaffected man who had thought about committing a random shooting for the past four or five years and prepared by stashing weapons in the woods.
"He stated that the sole purpose of his hiding this equipment was for when a day like this came," DeBord said.
Johnson finally decided to execute his plan last week after suspecting that a woman he had recently sexually assaulted would tell her ordeal to police, the complaint said.
He has not been charged with sexual assault, but more charges could still be filed, DeBord said at a news conference Wednesday at which he read the complaint but declined to take questions.
The complaint gives the following account:
Johnson said he lured the woman near the bridge the evening before the shooting, sexually assaulted her and tried to talk her out of calling police. He decided to wait there and kill any law enforcers who arrived to investigate. When none did, he returned home.
He left his home the next day and when he returned, his mother told him police were looking for him. Expecting to go to jail and fearing the label of sex offender, he decided "he had nothing to lose and the only power he had in this life was `to take.'"
He returned to the bridge, where he counted eight teenagers. He recovered his hidden Armalite 7.62 mm military-type rifle and an ammunition box with .308 cartridges that he had stowed at least a year before.
He found a hill on the Wisconsin side where he could shoot. He planned to wait until the youths were back on the Michigan side and shoot them as "bait" to lure law enforcers he could then also shoot.
But he was startled when four of the teens began to climb up toward him, instead of taking the path he expected. When the teens approached, he felt trapped and jumped up, firing about 17 shots. He saw people fall as he began to reload but decided not to fire again.
Johnson spent the night in the woods and turned himself in the next morning as an intensive manhunt was under way.
"Before exiting the woods, he disabled the firearm in a way so that law enforcement could see that the gun was disabled," DeBord said.
Two teens, Tiffany Pohlson, 17, and Anthony Spigarelli, 18, died instantly from single shots to the head. The third, Bryan Mort, 19, died of a shot to the torso. A 20-year-old man suffered superficial shrapnel wounds. All four were from Michigan.
The location of the wounds suggested all four were fleeing, said Scott Celello, undersheriff for Dickinson County, Mich.
Johnson's mother, Judy Johnson, had said her son was honorably discharged from the Army in 1994 without serving overseas and has been unemployed. She described him as despondent since his wife left him in 2001 and took their two children with her. She said she worried he might "do something stupid."
DeBord is handling the case because the shots were fired from the Wisconsin side. Michigan authorities are still investigating and could file additional charges, he said.
Christopher Ninomiya, the Dickinson County district attorney, did not immediately return a message left Wednesday seeking comment.

Why places like Absolute Zero are so dangerous

Online vigilante site like Absolute Zero United and affiliates are dangerous in more ways than one. In recent months there has been an explosion of vigilante violence against Former Offenders. The most recent high-profile case of "Angry Tammy" (Tammy Lee Gibson of Puyallup, Washington) shows us how depraved our society has become.

When Trolls Attack!

There is a reason why I consider Absolute Zero United a criminal organization. All you have to do is visit the www.sexoffenderalliance.com/forums site. Around the end of May, the forums shut down after the AZholes invaded the site.

What is Sex Offender Alliance? It was allegedly a treatment-oriented website for former offenders. I had my suspicious about SOA being a front for the AZholes, a reservation shared by many individuals. Whatever the case, the AZholes had invaded the site around the middle of April 2008. A few of the former offenders naively thought that this was an opprtunity to meet on "neutral ground." Personally I didn't refer to SOA as "neutral ground." Whether Metanoid, the head of SOA was simply naive or had an ulterior motive, the fact remains that the AZholes took advantage of the situation.

Think about this, who in their right mind would go to a sex offender treatment place and post written child porn? Why would a sex offender treatment provider advocate taking abuse from other people knowing that stress could potentially trigger relapse? What did the AZholes have to gain from attacking not only a treatment provider but a VICTIM of a sex crime as well? If SOA was an AZ front, then good riddence. But what if it was legit? Then it stands as a testament to the idiocracy of the AZholes. You see, they CLAIM to be victim advoates. But in reality, its about hurting people. Are you a victim of a sex crime, but decided to treat the offender instead of beat the offender? Then they'll accuse you of a "sick pedophile fantasy." The bottom line is this-- there is NO GOOD to come from the AZholes. If they enter the site, kick them off, PERIOD. They're nothing but a bunch of worthless fucks who enjoy making people miserable. AZU ENCOURAGES VIGILANTISM! So Does Family Watchdog!

AZU denies they promote vigilante violence, but below is an exchange I had via IM by one AZ member who set up an anonymous account just to harass me:

By the way, AZU is pretty open about encouraging vigilantism. For example, AZU numbnut Carisma came to the rescue of Travis Metcalf, a man who was cited for disorderly conduct for threatening a sex offnder in public:

Metcalf admits he lost control of his emotions.
“I was screaming at the top of my lungs at him,” said the 34-year-old Metcalf, a husband and a father of three children, ages 14, 12 and 5. “I ended up getting a ticket for disorderly conduct out of the deal.”

And Travis Metcalf should have gotten more, in my opinion, to teach people a hard lesson about vigilante violence. And he isn't learning his lesson:

These people don't seem to understand you just don't get a citation for "doing the right thing." Getting up and threatening a person is NOT "doing the right thing." CALLING THE COPS WHEN YOU SEE SOMETHING WRONG IS THE RIGHT THING!

Think about THIS folks, why is it Absolute Zero United hides their identity? Why aren't they touted as "heroes" for their work? Because cyberstalking, abuse of the registry, harassment, and threats of violence are ILLEGAL, that's why. They are CRIMINALS, plain and simple. Thugs.

By the way, why would a site like Family Watchdog tell people the first thing to do is to get up in people's faces. Read the article again:

Steve Roddel, president and CEO of Family Watchdog, said the 3-year-old site is updated throughout the day with the latest information available. He said he is unable to chastise people like Metcalf who use the site as a tool to protect their children and their community.
“It would be awfully hard for me to find fault with someone who is out trying to protect his community,” Roddel said.
He added that if a convicted sex offender is displaying high-risk behaviors, like hanging out at parks and schools with a puppy, that person should be confronted and made aware that he is being watched.
Tell them you know who they are, and, ‘You are not going to do it on my watch,’ ” Roddel said. “I wouldn’t necessarily call it overreacting.”

What happened to "if you see a crime call the police?" Duh. Someone shove the Watchmutt's nose in the shit they're shoveling! What if that guy had been packing heat? You don't just get up in a guy's face, that's a potentially dangerous situation. Hell, pull out a video camera, take pics, turn over to police, and the guy would have been in jail. Simple as 1-2-3! Of course, leave it to Family Watchdog and Absolute Zero United to put two and two together and only come up with three!

Oh yeah, one last thing, someone pointed out that I needed to add the following:

So its not only illegal to use the registry info to harass people, it violates the Family Watchmutt TOS too! Then Roddel contradicts his own company. A classic!
