How did it all begin?

I've been feuding with the AZU cult for two years now, but I've never really talked about why I chose to post this counter site.

It all started in December 2007, when members of various organizations came together to protest the controversial Adam Walsh Act. Of course, there were a few representatives from Absolute Zero United, such as Tracy Golden (WASP Ohio) and Judy Cornett (Jacey) along with Jessica Cherchio (to be honest, I always believed her to be Stitches 77), some old lady with pink hair they called "Lil' Deb" (most likely "Violet Leaves") and some other older unidentified woman. The brought along members of Bikers Against Child Abuse (BACA) in an attempt to scare would-be protesters.

The rally, held on December 2, 2007, called for reform of current sex offender laws, which promote vigilantism (which is the whole purpose of AZU of course). The testimony was powerful, and the protestors outnumbered the AZU/ BACA protestors 3 to 1. After the rally, I joined a small handful of people to confront the protestors. You can see the conversation here, at around 1:50 into the video:

http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=8974366385269908885&q=source%3A008306147098210370328&hl=en#

The BACA people largely agreed with my statements. Above, here are a couple of the BACA guys. This, of course, angered the AZU crew. Too bad my tape ran out before I had a chance to show the world how unprepared they were for a rational discussion. Of course, the WASP crew spent their time trying to attack people, as they are known to do:

First came this older lady. Frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if she was Stitches 77. She took a couple of research disks I helped created and then she tried to debate and was outclassed, so she sent in her dogs to engage in a round of personal attacks.

Next, I faced the two "ladies" holding the signs, the left one is Jessica Cherchio, the right one is Tracy Golden. They offered nothing but personal insults and attacks. They did not wish to discuss in a rational member, so we left them and went on about our business.

Of course, for my troubles I get my face (doctored with a quivering graphic) on the AZU report on the rally, along with my address and other personal information. Funny, the only one quivering was the WASP members, nor should Tracy and Jessica talk about anyone's looks since they were both far from attractive.

hXXp://absolutezerounited.blogspot.com/2007/12/wasp-and-columbus-ohio-rally.html

Of course, WASP wasn't through, next began the thing AZU is known for, following people around the internet to harass and scare them (or try to, in my case):

http://www.topix.net/forum/city/davie-fl/TKFPFJLFU4UI2S2ON/p15

Hi Fallen One! Remember me from the rally? I remember you. You said all you did was kiss an 11 yr old, and now you are a sex offender. How does someone become classified as a PREDATOR if all they did was kiss an 11 yr old? Go back to SOSEN where someone will listen to you.
Not knowing AZU was an anti-Christian, my next run in with AZU was in a "Christian" blog:

http://www.robheri.com/2008/01/every-decent-human-being-is-this-world.html

That was when I first began to see the typical site-spamming and ad hominem attacks that are the hallmarks of AZU.
Apparently AZU harassed this guy so much he made is blog private. Why? Its one of the first places Stitches 77 made the bold claim Patty wetterling had a "sex offender son." (email me at warpedohio@gmail.com for copies of the original blogs where Stitches 77 made the bold claim). For the next few months, I was followed around at every comment board by the clown who eventually became known as "Logue Hater:"
And of course, I had to contend with some idiot named Kevin Beaird, who was so off in the head, even Pee-J shunned him!

By now the idiots were bold enough to send regular emails. Here's another poorly written attempt to scare me:

Just in case you're wondering, THIS is Donna Folden. By the way, I still have unaltered video from the Ohio Rally. Nice try in trying to take away from the fact you were caught on camera. Okay, how could she be dumb enough NOT to see me with a video camera and tripod? Can you say DUMB BLONDE?!?

Anyways, a simple letter from my attorney cleared that problem up.

By then I started fighting back. I sent some of the harassing emails to the politicians who were supposed to go to this summit sponsored by WASP, a first annual event (there was apparently no second), and Tracy Golden retaliated by posting something on her WASP MySpace page (like I waste my time with MySpace). Then the cowards decided to do it anonymously:

And

Then there was the anonymous IMs.

myaccount238: I read all about you and your molesting ways. BTW, did you see the
updates to your wiki page?
myaccount238: I am sure the judge will read it
iamthefallen1: Like when Donna Folden sent me that stupid Cease and Desist Order
myaccount238: go get em derek the hero

quiverlipslogue: I guess your house is easy to find, since you are on the registry as a sexual
predator...
iamthefallen1: then come on over, I have a nice housewarming gift just for you

quiverlipslogue: C'mon cut yourself on video so we can all enjoy it
iamthefallen1: so when are you going to check into the local funny farm?

quiverlipslogue: I know where you live and what you look like. You know nothing about me.
quiverlipslogue: ;)
iamthefallen1: you're so concerned with my daily life feel free to pay me a visit
quiverlipslogue: When we do meet, fuckface, it will be on my terms and when I want it to happen

quiverlipslogue: I'll make you wait until the time is right
iamthefallen1: imagine the embarassmant you'll face being completely pwned by your hero
quiverlipslogue: I live in Park Hills, bitch. Know where that is?
iamthefallen1: i'll slap you around and make you squeal like all those pigs you fuck on the farm
iamthefallen1: you you live by the city dump
iamthefallen1: on your pig and goat farm
quiverlipslogue: Close enough to you to pay a visit whenever I want - when you least expect it

quiverlipslogue: there is a large parking lot across from where you live
iamthefallen1: so? google maps can tell me that try again
quiverlipslogue: we'll see
iamthefallen1: i know dumbass i checked it out
iamthefallen1: you're dumber than you look
quiverlipslogue: I can come get you anytime I want and you will never see it coming because you have no idea what I look like quiverlipslogue: :)

quiverlipslogue: hmmm you pretend to be so smart, but you don't know what the fuck youare talking about or who you are dealing with
iamthefallen1: so now you're going to deny being affiliated with that cyber-terrorist gang?
quiverlipslogue: I admit that I know where you live :)
quiverlipslogue: watch for me. I could flyer tonight, or tomorrow, or Tuesday...

So after all that, I was invited to this site and the rest is history. After 2 long years, AZU is still as muffed up as ever. And they still attack, harass, impersonate, anonymously threaten, and lie to the general public. In fact, currently they're running their latest smear and impersonation campaign. Some things never change, eh? As long as AZU exists, so will the anti-AZU site.

Lunsford's integrity in doubt again

AZU's hero, Mark Lunsford, a man of questionable integrity at best, found a friend in Hank Asher, another man of questionable integrity (not to mention a former DRUG SMUGGLER), and one in the business of selling your personal information to the highest bidder. Just a reminder, Lunsford aldo helped create AZU sub-group WASP (Women against sexual predators). For more on Hank Asher, see http://www.operationawareness.com/whats_new_asher.html. The below article is from Tampa Bay Online.

http://www.tampabay.com/news/humaninterest/paid-promotion-deal-raises-questions-about-mark-lunsfords-finances/1050071

HOMOSASSA — Since his daughter Jessica was raped and murdered in 2005, Mark Lunsford has become one of America's best-known child advocates. With the help of donations to his nonprofit foundation, Lunsford has lobbied nationwide for tougher laws against criminals who prey on children.

But unknown to most, Lunsford has had another source of income for the past two years — a Boca Raton company that could profit from the very child-protection measures Lunsford has sought to enact.

It is the latest revelation about a man who has been hailed as a hero but whose handling of the foundation's finances has also raised questions about the line between advocacy and personal enrichment.

In an affidavit filed in a paternity case, Lunsford disclosed he is paid $4,000 every other week — more than $100,000 a year — by Technology Investors and its multimillionaire founder, Hank Asher.

Asher, who created databases used to track sexual predators and other criminals, is developing new technology to help in the fight against child molesters.

Asked what he does for Asher's company, Lunsford says: "It's not what I do for them, it's what they do for me." The steady pay, he says, enabled him to dissolve his foundation last year and concentrate on what he likes best — lobbying for Jessica's laws, not raising money.

"Mr. Asher wanted to help me because he knew what passion I have," Lunsford says. When the two first met in 2007, Asher "got real teary-eyed and said, 'You have the heart of a fighter.' "

It was Asher, Lunsford says, who persuaded him to drop plans to sue the Citrus County Sheriff's Office over its alleged bungling of the investigation into Jessica's murder. News of the intended suit triggered criticism that Lunsford, 46, was trying to profit from his daughter's tragic end.

"Hank said, 'I understand your anger and I know you want results, but the best thing is to close your nonprofit and focus on legislation.' "

Thus the Jessica Marie Lunsford Foundation quietly disbanded after just three years. But questions remain about how nearly $400,000 in donations was spent.

'Rock star status'

On Feb. 24, 2005, convicted sex offender John Couey slipped into the Homosassa trailer where Jessica, 9, lived with her father and grandparents. Couey took her to his nearby trailer, raped her and buried her alive.

Immediately after Couey's March 18 arrest and the discovery of Jessica's body, almost $50,000 in donations poured into a trust set up for the Lunsfords at a local bank.

"They wrote to help with our bills or to use however you wish," says Lunsford, who bought a used truck.

Lunsford says some of the money went into the nonprofit foundation he set up that spring with the help of Joe Boles, a nephew who briefly served as a foundation director.

While in Sarasota for a 2005 fundraiser, Boles and a girlfriend got into a drunken, violent fight at a Hyatt hotel. "Blood was literally on all of the walls, furniture and bedding," police said.

The $4,789 in damages were billed to a foundation credit card; Boles disappeared and never repaid the money.

That incident went unnoticed at the time as attention focused on Lunsford's metamorphosis from trucker with a high-school eduction to impassioned child advocate. He helped win quick passage in Florida of the nation's first Jessica's Law, which imposed tougher penalties on child molesters and required many of those released from prison to wear tracking devices for the rest of their lives.

Lunsford moved on, persuading legislators in more than 40 states to pass their own Jessica's Laws. There were fundraising bike rallies, appearances with Oprah and Bill O'Reilly, talk of book and movie deals. Florida Gov. Charlie Crist called Lunsford "a great man" and donated $63,812 from his inaugural to the foundation.

"It was rock star status," says Cheryl Sanders, a cousin of Lunsford who served as foundation treasurer.

"He liked that lifestyle. He'd never seen so much money in his life."

In the three years of the foundation's existence, Lunsford drew salaries totalling $118,800 and was reimbursed for travel costs, either by the foundation or by organizations that invited him to speak. Sanders wondered about some of the expenses charged to a foundation credit card — $1,435 for furniture from Kane's, $73 for drinks at Outback after Couey was sentenced to death (the restaurant "comped" the rest of the meal, she says) and gas for travel not related to the foundation.

Sanders says Lunsford also demanded reimbursement for nearly $1,000 in clothing.

"I said, 'Mark, the IRS is going to come on you; you can't do that,' '' she recalls.

"He said, 'F--- the IRS, I'm Mark Lunsford.' That's the day I was finished," says Sanders, who says she resigned as treasurer in October 2007.

Lunsford says he doesn't recall the incident, but denies using foundation money for personal expenses. He says he fired Sanders and paid a Jacksonville firm to "straighten out" what he says was her poor record-keeping.

"I don't know about book-keeping, that's why I hired people," he says.

IRS agents went to Lunsford's house last year, shortly after the dispute over his plans to sue the Sheriff's Office: "They looked over a bunch of stuff," he says, "and asked me to send copies of stuff.'

He says hasn't heard from the agency since it acknowledged receipt of the material. The agency would not comment on whether it is investigating.

Paid to promote

In 2006, Lunsford had a brief agreement with a New York company, AdZone Research, to promote its Online Predator Profiling Service for monitoring Internet chat rooms.

In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, AdZone said it would give the foundation $2,500 a month, 50,000 shares of stock and 1 percent of gross proceeds from the sale of the profiling service.

Lunsford plugged the service on MSNBC and says AdZone made one $2,500 donation. But the deal fell apart after the SEC questioned AdZone's claims to shareholders; the company appears to be out of business.

Lunsford says he rebuffed "plenty" of other for-profit companies before meeting Asher, a board member of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

As a pilot in the '80s, Asher acknowledged flying several cocaine-smuggling flights, but he was never prosecuted. He went on to develop two databases, AutoTrak and Accurint, that provide addresses and other information, making them invaluable tools for police and others that need to track people quickly.

Asher made his databases available to the missing children's center at no charge. He reportedly received $260 million when he sold his company to LexisNexis in 2004 and started Technology Investors.

In a lawsuit last year, LexisNexis claimed Asher was violating a noncompete agreement by developing "revolutionary" tracking technology that he intended to eventually sell. Asher countersued, alleging LexisNexis wanted to keep its monopoly on database searching. Both cases were settled in April.

Asher did not respond to calls seeking comment. Lunsford, who rode in Asher's Mercedes during a media tour of company headquarters in December, says he sees nothing wrong with their arrangement. (It surfaced in a paternity case filed by a Homosassa woman who gave birth to Lunsford's son Roger Davis in 2007.)

Asher and his company "make it possible for me to go to other states, to be able to fly up to D.C. They gave me insurance and a salary and said, 'Fight the fight, Mark, and don't stop.' "

Where did money go?

After dissolving the foundation, Lunsford gave the Citrus County Child Advocacy Center a $17,200 motorcycle trailer that had been donated by a Sarasota woman.

The foundation's other assets included a tour bus once used by actor Sylvester Stallone. Donated in 2006, its value was never determined for tax purposes and the bus was never listed on IRS forms the foundation was required to file.

Lunsford says he sold the bus and banked the money, which he says will be given to charity. However, he says he doesn't remember who bought the bus or what was paid.

Nor does he remember the specifics of some of the foundation's expenditures, including $12,461 in 2006 for "entertainment," $23,700 in 2007 for "machinery and equipment" and $17,887 last year for "office supplies."

"That's all part of the reason for getting out of (the foundation). I just threw up my hands and said, 'Screw it.' "

Lunsford is one of several parents of murdered children who have started charities, only to see them struggle to survive as new tragedies hit the headlines.

Contributions to Florida's Jimmy Ryce Center, which has donated 300 bloodhounds to police agencies since 1996, dropped to $11,000 last year. The late Claudine Ryce took a small salary to run the center, but she and husband Don shunned offers from for-profit companies.

"You just really have to be careful because an organization can end up with a mess and it reflects on the child that the organization was named after," Ryce says.

Marc Klaas, whose daughter Polly was murdered in California in 1993, says he has never been paid by a for-profit company. But he doesn't criticize Lunsford's decision.

"Mark really did a lot of work in his organization by himself and never really had a huge support system. So if Hank Asher is Mark's support system, I could almost understand why he would accept that support and not ask a lot of questions. I think the legacy of his daughter is pretty strong because of the work he's done."

Tracy Golden's WASP Ohio site joins the AZU boneyard

Thanks to an anonymous poster, I was informed Tracy Golden's WASP Ohio website [www.waspohio.org] has joined the growing list of dead and festering vigilante sites, joining the AZU.org site, the Lunsford's various scams, and a few of their choice blogs and accounts. The more "proactive" AZU gets, the more people see them for what they TRULY are, and the less support they receive. Its funny, Lunsford, who helped form WASP, also disappeared this year. Hm.

We know AZU boldly supports violence

Like you need any more proof Absolute Zero United supports committing violent crimes. Below are recent AZU comments:

http://www.haloscan.com/comments/absolutezero/6143684994377617365/#64289

They should just make it legal for citizens to punish these "childlovers" any way they see fit. That would reduce sex crimes against children.

I cant give a big enough AMEN to that sentiment.

The following comments were extrapolated from the "Mothers Against Predators" Yahoo Group, typos and all. As if we need any more proof AZU and their contemporaries are a threat to society:

To those who are serious about erradicating TERRORISTS OF CHILDREN, law enforcement
has kindly provided us with a list of  their addresses online to make it easier to locate them, in other words, the powers that be are getting fed up with how the courtts handle these TERRORISTS. In point of fact, even government/the courts themselves are sending not very subtle  message to PARENTS which is: "if you take care of them, we will not prosecute you, we will give you what amounts to a pass". Consider that even criminals in the prison system treat these TERRORISTS OF CHILDREN as they should be treated, with the brutality that they deserve.  Why is it that we, so-called "normal decent scitizens, allow these TERRORISTS to continue their reign of terror unopposed in  such huge numbers throughout our neighborhoods? The answer is, that we are a lot of cowards who get precisely what we deserve, and I include myself in this count, since I have done nothing as yet in the batlle to stop these TERROSISTS. Yes friends, I once even think I actually observed a near child abduction, and though I think that my mear prescence was what stopped the act from being carried out, since I had two tots in tow, I failed to accomapny this girl home and tell her parents what I thought might have enarly accured. I thought that she was old enough to have informed her parents, and I also "was not sure" that I had seen correctly.  This was 10 years ago, and a man in a truck was following closely behing this 10 year old girl, a neighbor of mine, not even a half block from her home. He spoke to her, then turned and saw me watching, as I had stopped dead still and was glaring at him. He then took off. What was I thinking?  This was before child abduction, amber alerts had fully entered the public consciosness as fully as it has now, but I was still extremely negligent in how I handled this incident.
So I now feel that we should ALL SHOULD BE DOING MUCH MUCH MORE TO STOP THESE TERRORISTS THAT WE CURRENTLY ARE - ALLOWING THEM TO DRIVE DOWN OUR STREETS AT WILL, TO LIVE AMONG US AND STUDY WHEN AND WHERE THEY WILL DECIDE TO SWOOP DOWN AND TORTURE AND KILL AN INNOCENT CHILD IS BEOYND MY SCOPE OF COMPREHENSION, CONSIDERING HOW MUCH WE ALL HAVE NOW BEEN EDUCATED ON THIS SUBJECT. IF WE ALL JOIN TOGETHER, AND AT LEAST PROTEST IN FRONT OF THESE TERRORISTS ADDRESSES ON A REGULAR BASIS, AND DEMAND THEIR PERMANENT INCARCERATION, IT IS THE LEAST WE CAN BE DOING.

If she is sure beyond a doubt, good for her. Rather than considering her act towards this most despicable of a pitiful excuse for a human being, it should be considered "maybe a misdemeanor" just like the courts punish those effing child molestors with.At best, she should be applauded for saving countless future victims of the child predator. Or, as reacting in a natural way to an act perpetrated against her child. Someone has to stop them and the legal system still won't.

Another "Golden" Moment

After another quiet few months, AZU Exposed has found another gem from AZU resident airhead Tracy Golden "WASP Ohio." On the subject of an Ohio teenager sending nude pics of herself to her teen boyfriend, Golden has this to say [courtesy of Tracy's "Mothers against Predators" yahoo group, complete with misspellings]:

"Dear Friend-

I'm sure everyone had heard in the news of teenagers taking nude pictures of themselves and sending it to other teens. This is starting to be a huge problem. Not only are these teens setting themselves up for embarrassment, but they are risking the chance of thier pictures getting on the internet and into the hands of pedophiles.

Not only are they risking becoming victims of child porn, they are also risking becoming sex offenders themselves.

Teens are now being charged with disseminating child pornography, and the reciepients of thier pictures are being threatened with child pornography charges also!

These are not just isolated cases...

My question to you is,
Should teens be charged as sex offenders for sending nude pictures of themselves?

I have already spoken with a Senator on this issue, and I am interested in creating a law that specifically deals with this.

Are these kids sexually deviant, or just stupid?

How much of a price should they have to pay for what they have done?

A few thoughts to ponder before you answer:

This law should have gender equality, meaning you cannot treat the boys any different than the girls.

There are victims with this crime!
1) the picture taker is making themselves a victim of child pornography (but is it illegal and punishable to make yourself a victim on purpose)
2) The person who gets the picture has been forced to view "porn" - if they wanted to or not. Could this cause the person to have any emotional damage?

Are these children sex offenders, or should they be charged with a non-sex crime?

What would you like to see done with this law?

Tracy Golden

.
Be Proactive, And Not Reactive !
Women Against Sexual Predators

First off, why is she at a loss for opinions on the subject, besides the fact she's dumber than a bag of rocks? I feel sorry for the senator who spoke with this bimbo. My responses:

1. Should teens be charged as sex offenders for sending nude pictures of themselves?
Response: NO. Do you need a shorter answer, Tracy?

2. I have already spoken with a Senator on this issue, and I am interested in creating a law that specifically deals with this.
Response: Do they take laws scribbled in dyslexic crayon? Seriously though, the thought of someone like HER writing a law should make people cringe.

3. the picture taker is making themselves a victim of child pornography (but is it illegal and punishable to make yourself a victim on purpose)
Response: Would she make that same argument if the scenario was slightly different, say, a teenage girl goes to a nightclub with a fake ID to sleep with an older guy? Tracy lacks the logic capacity to comprehend anything beyond the simplest tasks

4. The person who gets the picture has been forced to view "porn" - if they wanted to or not. Could this cause the person to have any emotional damage?
Response: Or not? Shit, by her own admission on her site, teens are the biggest consumers of porn. And how do you force someone to view a dirty picture? Wow. Hey Tracy, cell phones with text messaging have a nice feature called a "delete" button -- it allows you to remove messages you do not wish to keep, like an unwanted naked picture. Wow -- how convenient!

5. What would you like to see done with this law?
response: Abolish it. Why don't you just take the cell phone away from the irresponsible little brat or just get him/ her one of those featureless phones that only have phone and text only messages? Yes those phones still exist. Give me a break. Sooner or later YOUR brats will be teens, Tracy. Do YOU want them on a registry for sending naughty pics to their dates?

Give me a break. Is Predator Panic so damn bad that we have to give such deep thought to adding yet another case to my growing list of stupid RSO cases?

City Beat, WASP takes heat

"Aside from providing no evidence to support her claims about JFS obstructing investigations, Golden's logic is flawed. She assumes that any person convicted of any sex crime is a risk to a child."-- Cincinnati City Beat Magazine

Here in these parts we call them there mistakes "cognitive distortions," Tracy Golden!

Its been a while since Tracy Golden of Columbus, Ohio (aka, "WASP Ohio") did something stupid, so this is especially enjoyable. I wonder how Cincinnati's City Beat magazine got her contact info, since the bug has been in hiding for a while, except when holding spaghetti dinners in the sticks. Anyhoo, City Beat reveals to us how Tracy suffers from "Foot In Mouth" disease:

http://citybeat.com/gyrobase/Content?oid=145630

"The potential for false accusations and botched investigations is something Tracy Golden, president of the Ohio chapter of Women Against Sexual Predators, avoids addressing. When asked to comment about the potential harm done to children and families when false accusations of abuse are made, she doesn't respond."

Okay, we have a situation where we are taking about HARM TO CHILDREN. After all, WASP claims to be a victim advocate. Yet when the reporter asks about potential harm from children as a result of a nonsensical law (a law WASP supports of course), you could here the crickets chirp from Columbus all the way to Cincinnati. She does say this little piece of stupidity:

"Golden says children won't be taken from a safe home environment as a result of HB111."

Forrest Golden-- stupid says as stupid thinks.

Did I ever mention I was a foster child, Tracy? Oh yeah, we can trust overzealous 241-KIDS workers to handle allegations with fairness and diligence. In her email she sent to the AZhole thugs, the Lunsford Foundation, and the rest of her cyber-trolls she says this:

"I am in need of your help! I need you to write or call the Ohio Senate members and tell them you are in support of HB111. Children should not be led to the slaughter by careless parents."

The sky is falling, Tracy Little!

By the way, she adds her usual spiel of uncited statistics, except now she's finally admitting that stanger danger is as full of shit as SHE is! She flip flops more than, well, a pair of flip flops! I reckon she's thinking of running for congress or something! As idiotic as most Gestap-Ohio politicos are, I better not give her any ideas.

Misquoting statistics, dodging legitimate questions, and fear mongering tactics are typical AZU fare.
