"Shoalanda Speaks" alter-ego "Nick Ireland" is the My Pillow Guy of Crime Bloggers

Shoalanda Speaks is so obsessed with Derek Logue that she/he/it had taken to publishing falsehoods under a new screen name, "Nick Ireland." For the sake of those who never heard of Shoalanda Speaks, this blog is (supposedly) a "collection" of crime writers that write specifically about Northwest Alabama, primarily the "Quad Cities" of Muscle Shoals, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, and Florence. It is a small, isolated quasi-metropolitan area that consists of four communities with varying populations between 10000 and 50000. It lacks public transportation and is not connected to an Interstate road. In fact, it nearly lost it's "metropolitan area" status altogether if not for some lobbying by local politicians. There is literally nothing special about this isolated collection of communities, unless you want to see a couple of studioos where some faded singers from the 1970s once recorded an album or two. It is a boring cesspool where the old southerners fight to prevent progress. 

In this part of the country, the uneducated hillbillies that largely populate these communities sit around watching reality TV and trash TV shows like Jerry Springer when they aren't busy getting drunk/high or going to family reunions to meet their next lovers. So it is no surprise that a boting, backwater shithole loves their local crime blogs like Shoalanda Speaks. But despite the claim Shoalanda Speaks is a "group" of writers, it is most likely one braindead fucknut writing it all under many aliases. Even the Shoalanda Speaks page stated, "This is a we(blog) featuring editorial opinion on Shoals issues--not an exercise in journalism." In other words, take what's written there with a grain of salt. 

Shoalanda Speaks claims there is a "well-known" crime blogger and a "noted Souther criminologist" named "Nick Ireland" from Huntsville, Alabama. He's so famous that not even a Google search can find him. In fact, this name had previously only popped up once on a sister blog of Shoalanda's called "Shoals Crime" in a very brief discussion of some local interest story in 2016, then resurrected the character in 2021. (There IOs a "Nick Ireland in Huntsville, AL, but he's a youth pastor, not a crime writer.)

I always wonder what celebrities think when they see themselves on the cover of some gossip rag with a story about them that is obviously a load of bullshit. Well, my reaction is mostly point and laugh at their stupidity, but I also recopgnize that the average reader of crime blogs like Shoalanda Speaks because the blog appeals to the horse-paste lickers of the US. 

The Shoalanda Speaks writer using the Nick Ireland persona began her latest personal attack on anti-registry activist Derek Logue by referring to him as a "Franklin County native." The definition of "native" means, "A person born in a specified place or associated with a place by birth, whether subsequently resident there or not." (Oxford Languages) Well, you'd think someone who fancies himself a writer could get something as simple as a birthplace correct, but not Nick Ireland, who did not even get the correct state, much less the correct county. This is not going well for "Nick Ireland" and his "conducting research." LOL

Speaking of Nick Ireland's "research," one would think a crime blogger would understand the basics of the criminal justice system. "Nick Ireland's" lack of insight into the Broward Co FL courts. "Nick Ireland" reports "four" years of delays (ignoring the courts have a pandemic-related backlog, and it hasn't even been three years). He also claims the alibi is "flimsy" basing his argument solely on the claim anyone can use another person's credit card, while ignoring other evidence. I would love to hear Lil Nicky's excuses for the HD video taken by the car lot show a different person than Derek Logue, or the fact multiple people can testify that Mr. Logue was 1100 miles away the same day of the crime, or that the police failed to follow up with the owner of the vehicle who lives in Homestead FL because the police were too busy trying to pin a crime on Mr Logue because the Books had influenced the investigation. I can't blame Nick the Prick here for not understanding the full case since he doesn't have access to the depositions and the discovery evidence. But it doesn't matter, because "Nick Ireland's" intent is not to report, but to distort. That is literally the only thing this troll is ever good at doing. 

"Nick Ireland" seems to have a problem with math. Hey "Nick," what is 2019+4? The answer is 2023, not 2021. Nick Ireland has lousy math skills. Do they not teach basic math in North Alabama? At any rate, it is hilarious that the claims by "Nick Ireland" sound suspiciously like the claims of a certain troll employed by Shoalanda Speaks. 

Next, "Nick Ireland" makes the following blatantly false statement-- "A new informant has come forward accusing Derek of sex acts with an eight year-old girl around the same time he was arrested for First Degree Sexual Abuse of an 11 year-old." Yet, there's no record ANYWHERE of these claims, and that ids because it was completely made up. A couple of years ago, Shoalanda's "informant," a particularly stupid and nasty troll that goes by many names but often settles on "Lucky Larry," made the false claim in a couple of personal attacks, so he's hoping that a lie repeated enough will now someday catch on the same way Encyclopedia Dramatica had spread the lie that Mr. Logue was a "child rapist" years ago. 

Also, 'Nick Ireland" also makes a weird claim that Mr. Logue was sent to a certain facility for mental illness. "Nick" certainly loves to play fast and loose with the facts since Mr. Logue wasn't sent to the place Lil' Nicky has claimed. 

Nick Ireland is essentially the Mike Lindell of Crime Bloggers. 

Lindell had boasted for most of 2021 that he had irrefutable proof of election fraud. Of course, Lindell's supposed proof of widespread election fraud was, as one cybersecurity expert stated, "a turd...And I had to take that turd and turn it into a diamond." 

And so Shoalanda Speaks, which has engaged in over 11 full years of cyberstalking against Mr. Logue, was handed a turd from this "Nick Ireland" and polished it in hopes to turn it into a diamond. But as this blog has reported multiple times, Shoalanda is willing to publish leads from criminals, dope fiends, and other people of dubious character, even working with a person arrested twice for sexual offenses. 

So Shoalanda is the "Frank Speech" of Crime Blogs. Poor research and poor writing plague this shitty backwater hick blog. But just as My Pillow Guy admitted he's not a cybersecurity expert and just sells pillows, Shoalanda admitted the blog is "not an exercise in journalism." What does Shoalanda sell? See for yourself...

Vigilante group "Shoalanda Speaks" and personal stalker plans on publishing false biography of OnceFallen's Derek Logue

My personal stalker and the Shoalanda Spreaks vigilante group are teaming up to write a blatantly false "bio" of me by "speaking to a few locals" in the Shoals area. 

It is funny yet sad how much this "Shoalanda Speaks" character has been over the years just to attack me. She worked in the past with recidivist sex offender Clay "T-Sand" Keys, so it is obvious she doesn't mind working with a person with multiple convictions. In recent years, she has worked with a troll connected to Ron and Lauren Book, a person who has used many personas but I like to call "Stalker Wall Guy" , since one of his favorite hobbies includes stealing my pictures and assorted friends and family members and making silly collages on his blog. (Stalker Wall Guy has been shown in the past to be connected to the Ron and Lauren Book Crime Family.)

There is no one named Nick Ireland in Huntsville, AL, much less any well-known criminologist or crime writer. It is just another made up persona by the Shoalanda group once used on a Shoalanda sister blog called "Shoals Crime." (And I mean literally once. Otherwise, this person does not exist anywhere online.)

I guess Shoalanda thinks that if she writes under a pen name, this can't be traced back to her. But considering her Shoals Crime blog is already promoting the cover, which looks just like her other shitty book offerings, 

I actually look forward to reading this just to see far they're willing to take this farce. 

Already, they've made two false claims -- the first claiming I was abandoned as an infant, and the second is climing a conviction for child rape. Considering the nature of Stalker Wall Guy's writing abilities, there will be plenty of blatant errors in grammar as well as content. They're already using one stolen picture so at the least, I plan on blocking it on DMCA grounds. 

I actually look forward to see how far this farce will go. How far are these two dumbfucks willing to go to attack me? But I expect to be paid for using my name and likeness for it. 

And speaking of more butthurt, T-Shaun is still whining and crying over a bad book review

Shaun Webb expects those of us in the anti-registry  movement to support him and his books while bashing us all the while. Over the years, I've tried to offer support to other registrants, even though many are unwilling to help anyone but themselves. Shaun Webb of Michigan is one such person. He expects people to support him by buying his books (none of his books benefit our cause), but has offered nothing in return. 

Earlier in this blog, I mentioned how Shaun Webb reminds me of Clay Keys, a registrant in Florida who got mad over some petty dispute and joined Absolute Zero Unites in harassing registrant activists. Shaun Webb, a Level 2 sex offender, is attacking our cause. His reason for being mad? He called me while I was traveling and he had trouble hearing me. That's it. This is the whole reason he's been whining like a fat ugly punk-ass bitch since last October and bashing registrant activists. 

After trying in vain to bash me and others who gave legitimate critical reviews of his shitty books on Goodreads and after creating no fewer than half a dozen fake names in order to try to inflate the number of good reviews for his books while giving Once fallen bad reviews, he finally gave up Goodreads for the moment and took his little crying spell to his crappy Wordpress blog. (I guess after he send me no fewer than a dozen spam messages that I don't bother publishing, I'd see why he made it a point to spam me wioth his trashy blog no one cares about.) So here is Shaun Webb's latest hissy fit.

Just remember folks, if this guy is willing to use the word "pedophile," then why would anyone in the Anti-Registry Movement support him? But allow me to clear the air on his so-called 'donations first, since Webb seems to have a memory issue. In reality, what he asked me to do for him was accept a $300 Paypal payment on his credit card and send him $250 of it back so he could bypass the limit on cash withdrawals. (I'll be contacting Paypal and when I can get an invoice from that time, I'll post it. Shaun Webb is too easy to debunk because of his selective memory.) He got in some hot water with the credit card companies because they called me looking for him. 

Anyone who has ever donated knows I send a thank you in response, and that I take calls and I don't demand anything in return, though I encourage them to support the cause. Yes, most of us are aware this is a thankless job most of the time, and that few callers go on to become front-line activists. Shaun Webb never helped the cause, so I'd say his own accusations just make him look silly. 

On to Shaun's laughable breakdown of my work over the past year:

I can't help but to laugh at the absurdity. Hey, has anybody SEEN Shaun Webb anywhere? I think he got one mention for his new self-published trash in one local paper. I love the comments section for that article, by the way. Maybe someday, Shaun can be somewhere beyond the Oakland Press. Maybe if he can write a better research paper than I can and... Sorry, folks, I'm laughing too hard to continue. Shaun COULD write one but he'd likely just copy-and-paste what someone else wrote and add a few comments. How you know which comments are his? Look for the grammar errors :)

Again, this rant is hilarious. But just because this is so easily debunked....

This one is just too much. In addition to bashing the size of the movement, he pulled a page out of the Valigator playbook. I guess since Valerie Parkhurst & Shaun Webb have become internet BFFs, I'm not surprised he sounds like Val. I remember when Val tried to claim all my neighbors were calling her to ask her how to chase my out of my home. Too funny!

On the other bratty comments, fat jokes don't faze me, I know Shaun Webb hasn't missed too many meals, either. And people already know I'm not afraid to express my disapproval at the lack of participation in the movement, but I'm not the only one who has. Even the mighty Janice Bellucci has done that. There should be 850,000 pissed off people.

Shaun Webb make his own enemies by attacking them over minor slights and he trolls them incessantly over the slight. Just like T-Sand. Just like Valigator. Three peas in a pod. (I should mention he made Valigator an anti-hero in his Behind the Brick book). 

Shaun Webb apparently doesn't understand what slander and defamation of character is, but maybe it is time I give him a lesson on it. 

Give it a rest, Shaun. I had considered removing the warning about you,but you reminded me why I should keep up the bad book reviews and the posts here on AZ-Unites about you. You cannot be trusted. 

Laura Ahearn quotes idiot vigilante site to slander her opponents

Laura Ahearn and her profiteering group, Parents For Megan's Law, has been a long-time nuisance, and Laura Ahearn gets a six-figure income for an organization of 20 members. Ahearn demands in advance never to have face-to-face confrontations with opponents, mostly because she is a complete idiot who does not even know her own stats much less the facts. But since she has been confronted by the NY-based group USA FAIR, Ahole retaliates by quoting "Evil-Unveiled" to slander her opponent. Hopefully her victim can get justice through the courts, and cut into that $120,000 salary Ahole gave herself last year.

Shana Rowan, a USAFair founder, said she wrote to Ahearn in December seeking changes to statistics on the PFML website that she says misrepresent the results of a study on repeat offenders. Ahearn never replied to the letter.

"As executive director of Parents for Megan's Law, Laura Ahearn has shown herself to be a zealot who has built a career demonizing the very people she is now to be charged with monitoring. She has perpetuated the myth of high sex offender recidivism, despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary, to enrich her organization," Rowan said.

Ahearn dismissed Rowan's criticism, pointing to Rowan's engagement to a registered offender who she said "raped a six year old child." Ahearn also said Rowan is "part of NAMBLA," the North American Man/Boy Love Association. Asked for documentation, Ahearn said, "Just search her name on the Internet."

Rowan categorically denies that she has ever in any way been associated with NAMBLA. A website called evil-unveiled.com has a page about her with her name in the URL, and it's the top hit in a Google search of her name. The page says she is a member of "the new NAMBLA" a name the website gives to "activists" seeking reform of registry laws, allegedly so that they can have sex with children.

"I think it's very telling that she [Ahearn] would resort to personal attacks instead of discussing the issues on the merits," Rowan said this week.

Rowan said as the recipient of signifcant public funding — Parents for Megan's Law's 2011 federal tax return reports the group received more than $946,000 in government grants in 2011, the lion's share of its total revenue of just under $1.1 million — the group should be held accountable for providing accurat information to the public. "That was really all we were seeking," Rowan said. "The new deal with Suffolk County is a whole other subject," she said.

A Nashville-based citizen activist group is posting online the photographs and personal information of people whom the group accuses of being pedophiles. Many of the people on the site have never been charged with a sex crime.

The sentences above were from a Nashville new story on Evil-Unveiled, which gave a more reasoned account of Evil Unveiled. Unlike the fluff work of EU's Omaha story, the WSMV 4 station were more skeptical. Evil Unveiled are not trained professional investigators. Evil Unveiled knows lawsuits are coming and they are putting out inaccurate information, but they do not care. Most of their targets have never been convicted of a sex crime. 


Evil Unveiled members were thrilled to be given air time but that feeling was short-lived, as their bullshit was exposed. The reporter saw them for the frauds they are. EU is NOT a group of professionals; their site is full of slander and lies; they make baseless accusations; and they don't care. 


So now Cynthia Jean Dale-Harvey  (aka Trillian Dent) and fiends are up in arms. Cynthia is being defended by a fringe member of the misandrist-feminist movement seeking to undermine the Occupy Movement. I have touched on this fringe movement in another blog, and I will address this in a future post. 


I suppose now this article exposing Evil Unveiled as a less than honest group of e-thugs will soon be blamed on misogyny. After all, a MAN wrote the article, and the Occupy Patriarchy crowd thinks men are bad.

Vigilante blogger Danielle Schneider sued

Far too often, people feel justified to commit criminal acts in the name of revenge, retribution, or what they believe to be "justice." Such is the case of Danielle Jones Schneider. If you haven't heard about this story, just read on:

It doesn't take long to look through Danielle Schneider's blog and realize that she really doesn't like Patrick Rojas. She has, of course, good reason not to. In 2007 the then-22-year-old pleaded guilty to reduced misdemeanor charges--communication with a minor for immoral purposes--for incidents involving Schneider's 11-year-old daughter. He's free now, and says that her hate blog is keeping him from getting a job. As such, he and his lawyer would like "unspecified damages" to compensate him for his troubles...

In fairness, Schneider's 277 blog posts go back to March 2009, and are vitriolic as they come. The posts blast Rojas, his father Eddie, wife Kathy, a host of clergy members at their church, nearly all of their children, and just about anyone else who's ever associated with them. She writes about where they go, what they do, and whatever rumors she hears. She accuses them of other crimes, though her documentation backing up the claims is typically lacking. At any rate, it's clear that the shaming of Rojas and his clan is something that Schneider is obsessively committed to.
 We tend to think people are somehow justified in doing this, but we have a justice system for that. However imperfect it is, it is there to punish criminal behavior.What Rojas did was wrong; however, this does not give John Q. Public free reign to harass Rojas. What Schneider is doing today is harassment, plain and simple, and as such, she is a criminal. It remains to be seen whether a judge will do the right thing and rule against Schneider in light of the rants on both her blog and throughout the internet. Some of her other comments really make me question her integrity (a lot of things simple are not adding up):

I believe if someone is accused of childhood sexual abuse or rape that they should be required to have a psycho sexual evaluation and PASS it as truthful in order to even be considered eligible for a plea offer....what would need to happen for this to be made into law? Since the abuse in my family occurred, I've noticed that individuals that harm animals seem to get harsher legal consequences than those who harm/sexually abuse children, can the statistic be looked into for this.

We need to network, come together and make real, meaningful change. I DO NOT BELIEVE a pedophile can be cured...although I do believe in a God of miracles, I WOULD NOT be willing to risk an innocent child to test if a convicted pedophile has been "healed" would you?

She's also begging the public for money to support her legal fees for committing harassment. No doubt she's raking in the funds-- they did the same for Angry Tammy Gibson. I guess what people say about the Pacific Northwest and mental illness is true.

Rob Taylor's latest insane ranting

Rob Taylor has apparently been adding something to that cup that's warping his mind. His latest insane rant has come in the form of a couple of direct emails. He threw a hissy fit because I complained to a website owner over an article where Taylor still insists on referring to me as a child rapist and pedophile. The problem is I was never convicted of rape, nor am I clinically diagnosed with pedophilia. That is what happens when you have elementary school dropouts writing insane rants on private blogs like Red-Alerts. Apparently freedom to Robbie boy means freedom to slander:

What I found odd was Rob Taylor is spewing venom about Clay Keys. Did he lose the memo that Clay Keys is now a bona fide menber of AZU? You're fine and dandy with Clay Keys playing cheerleader on AZU these days. The proof is in the pudding, or rather, the website:

Rob Taylor has either a serious case of denial or some really bad eyesight. However, for all the crap he said about Clay Keys in a private email but he's awfully mum about it out in public. It sounds a like like hypocrisy to me! Taylor is crying because I'm costing him work? Also bullshit. I didn't know harassment and slander was a full time job! You'd think of Robbie wanted to tell T-Sand to "fuck off," he'd do it himself.

UPDATE: The News Real Blog finally removed Taylor's trashy article. It certainly wasn't because of David Swindle. I went a little higher up on the corporate totem pole to find someone with a little common sense. If Robbie would keep my name out of his mouth, there wouldn't be a problem.

Shoalanda Speaks BS

First of all, I would like to thank T-Sand for proving once and for all how people like "Shoalanda Speaks" and others who allegedly abhor sex offenders but yet compromises those alleged principles when she wishes to attack someone, a la Absolute Zero United.

Meet "Shoalanda Speaks." Probably every town has one of these local personal opinion blogs of area events and politics, along with a local "crime blog." These people, much like a certain Ohio online new rag (*cough*Rusty*Big 3 News*cough*), are not legitimate news reporters, merely someone who has a blog and an opinion. No matter how legit they try to be (like Big 3 News making its site looking like the local news station sites), the simple fact is, they are not. "Shoalanda Speaks" is one of those kind of people. Unlike the REAL news, people like Shoalanda do not rely on stuff like credible sources or ethical reporting.

A few weeks ago, Shoalanda wrote an article attacking me. I'm rather used to it because of my line of work in addition to hosting this fact blog on AZU's tactics, but this time I felt threatened because #1 I felt legitimately threatened by her blog (I'm not too keen on people who feel we should be branded), #2, Shoalanda relied on Wikisposure as a legit reference (a reporter's faux pas), and #3, she posts a picture of someone who has absolutely nothing to do with my case whatsoever and made her a potential targetfor dumb fucks who probably don't realize we've been divorced since the mid-90s, a year and a half BEFORE my arrest (Thanks again to T Sand for showing more examples of his lack of reading comprehension).

Not content with her stupidity, Shoalanda blatantly defended her actions and made the mistake of recruiting TSand in her personal attack, forwarding emails which has landed on his blog.

T-Sand was more than happy to run his mouth and blatantly show his connection in the latest attack by posting it on his Roar for Untruth blog:

It is more ironic Shoalanda quotes Wikisposure, a site that STILL has a T-Sand page on their site talking about HIS alleged mental instability. You can STILL find this on T Sand's Wikisposure page, yet he defends them, likely in the hopes they will remove them like they did Static a few months ago:Again, Shoalanda Speaks before doing her research.

I honestly hope Shoalanda's readers see this and think long and hard about who she is and represents. Shoalanda tells her readers this:

"we will not accept any blogs that support rapists, pedophiles, etc.--that should be self-explanatory."

Yet, she consorts with T-Sand, a convicted sex criminal and repeat offender. This is what we call in these parts HYPOCRISY!

AZU 101: Ad hominem

If you wish to become a member of AZU, you must master the art of "ad hominem." Below is definition of ad hominem:

The first premise is called a 'factual claim' and is the pivot point of much debate. The contention is referred to as an 'inferential claim' and represents the reasoning process. There are two types of inferential claim, explicit and implicit. The fallacy does not represent a valid form of reasoning because even if you accept both co-premises, that does not guarantee the truthfulness of the contention. This can also be thought of as the argument having an un-stated co-premise.

As an example,You may see a member of AZU responding to a blog post or an article. You'll likely see a reference to Wikisposure as the basis of not believing the article. Or take, for example, Stitches 77's infamous attack on Child Victim Advocate Patty Wetterling. The ad hominem chart now looks like this:

Stitches 77 claims Patty Wetterling has a sex offender son
Therefore, sex offender laws do not need reform (PS KILL ALL SEX OFFENDERS* [*except AZURSOs)

Such errors in logic are standard at Absolutely Zero Understanding. Is it any wonder Stitches and Co. never debate the facts?

Rob Taylor on the defensive

Poor Robbie Taylor. A man so confused to his identity, he can't even identify with a race, religion, or sexual orientation. Perhaps that is why he feels the need to bash people with his incessant communist/ zionist rants. It is a long boring tirade filled with more lies and personal attacks than an hour of Nancy Grace. To summarize his rant, essentially he's mad because a Conservative Christian paper printed an article he didn't like, and went on the attack. First he attacks the author with AZU lies, including a false statement perpetuated by AZU, false allegations of rape, claiming him a pedophile, and claiming he is "actively lobbying to lower age of consent laws." The author must have a stunt double if that's the case because not a single allegation on Taylor's trash site is true.

Of course, not satisfied with bashing the author of the article, Taylor goes on to bash the magazine that published the article. He's mad because said paper removed inflammatory articles that bashed the writer and fuel AZU's unhealthy obsession with the writer. Taylor, despite being a PAGAN, goes on a rant about how paper is not acting "Conservatively Christian." He accuses them of being racist and anti-gay. So if you disagree with Rob Taylor, you're a Klansman and a gay basher. If you don't allow AZU to attack people and bash victims, you hate blacks and gays.

The author has nothing against gays. Many issues with laws addressing sexuality are wrongfully applied to homosexuals. The author does not agree with homosexuality but feel it is not his place to condemn anyone for their lifestyles, and only the individual can change their ways. Hell, there may even be hope that some dy, AZU repents from their wicked ways, but its only the slimmest of hopes.

Ironically, Rob Taylor DEMANDS someone give him and AZU what AZU and Rob Taylor does not give others. AZU routinely censors comments they don't like, in addition to creating false comments out of thin air. I'd love to know how Logue was making comments on AZU when he was out on a date at the time. Unlike AZU, this site or Logue's sites are not monitored every waking hour of the day. In fact, Logue hasn't even been around since September, except to release two new articles, due to moving to a new location. Yet within 2 hours, AZU was all over the article, bashing it and making personal attacks. AZU truly has a sad, sick obsession. They make a very good case for civilly committing every member.
