This is Riley Carter who was elected to the Aberdeen City Council Ward 5 Position 9. I just cannot bring myself to feel sorry for Riley Carter. In addition to posting himself wearing a red Trump-style hate with the slogan "Make (P-word) Afraid Again," Riley Carter harassed and disparaged homeless persons on a regular basis, including referring to them as "tweakers" and the "walking dead." 

But it gets crazier. Carter was trying to start an onlibe vigilante group he called, "Harbor Watchdogs LLC" and had even posted a GoFundMe to raise money for it. (No donations were made to the GoFundMe effort.)

On a related note, this clown bought the hat from one of a number of convicted criminals who spend an awful lot of time embellishing their prison lives on social media. This online seller glorifies biker gangs online and has been accused of lying about his time in prison. This online seller is apparently is upset about Riley's arrest while wearing a hat from his store (confirmed by seeing his online store logo on the hat), presumably because we all know that those who scream loudest about this issue tend to have something to hide.

ABERDEEN, Wash. — The Aberdeen City Council member charged with child rape resigned from jail, City Manager Ruth Clemens confirmed to KING 5.

Riley Carter signed a letter of resignation on Friday, Aug. 2, just a few days after his arrest. Detectives previously said Carter confessed to detectives, admitting he sexually assaulted a child known to him over the past two years. 

Carter was arrested the night of Tuesday, July 30. According to documents filed in court Wednesday, July 31, Carter told detectives he needed help and expressed remorse toward his victim. Detectives said the victim is a child under the age of 12. 

Grays Harbor Judge Vini Samuel ordered Carter held on $100,000 bail after charging Carter with one count of rape of a child.

Voters elected Carter to the Aberdeen City Council in December of 2023.

Founder of Operation Underground Railroad and subject of "The Sound of Freedom" movie Tim Ballard sued over sexual abuse allegations

Tim Ballard WAS the founder and leader of the controversial group "Operation Underground Railroad," a group that allegedly rescues victims of human trafficking. OUR has so many controversies that an entire blog (not post, whhole blog) could be made about it, from alleged ties to QAnon, to questions about their impact and effectiveness, to falsely claiming a partnership with American airlines, to being denounced as an assistance organization by ICAC, because their organization is poorly trained and full of idiots. 

But now it is Tim Ballard being accused of sexual misconduct, and it is assumed he has been excommunicated from the Mormon church for these allegations. Allegedly,  Ballard sent at least one woman a photo of himself in his underwear and to have asked another 'how far she was willing to go' to save children, as noted in the UK Daily Mail (with accompanying pic as evidence). 

Those who bark loudest have the most to hide, especially vigilantes who are obsessed with sexual morality. That is why EVERY vigilante should be scrutinized carefully.

The complaints against Ballard center on a “couple’s ruse” he allegedly engaged in with Operation Underground Railroad women who he persuaded to pose as his wife to fool child sex traffickers into thinking he was a legitimate client, according to the lawsuit filed in Utah state court...

The ruse began with Ballard and women in the organization taking cross-country trips to “practice” their “sexual chemistry” with tantric yoga, couple’s massages with escorts and performing lap dances on Ballard, the lawsuit claims.

While promotional materials portrayed the group’s overseas missions as “paramilitary drop-ins to arrest traffickers and rescue children,” they mostly involved “going to strip clubs and massage parlors across the world, after flying first class to get there, and staying at five-star hotels, on boats, and at VRBOs (vacation rentals by owner) across the globe,” the lawsuit alleges.

Several women, meanwhile, were eventually subjected to “coerced sexual contact,” including “several sexual acts with the exception of actual penetration, in various states of undress,” the lawsuit alleges.

Even in private, the lawsuit alleges: “Ballard would claim that he and his female partner had to maintain the appearance of a romantic relationship at all times in case suspicious traffickers might be surveilling them at any moment.”

The women, who filed the lawsuit under pseudonyms, allege Ballard meanwhile used his membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and connection to church leaders to persuade them what he was doing was just for the good of children in need of help.

Ballard said church President M. Russell Ballard, no relation, gave him special permission to use couples ruse “as long as there was no sexual intercourse or kissing.” The church in a September statement condemned Tim Ballard for “unauthorized use” of the church president’s name for personal advantage and “activity regarded as morally unacceptable.” Tim Ballard claimed a passage in the Book of Mormon justified performing “unconventional” tasks, the lawsuit alleges.

“Ballard would get ketamine treatments and have a scribe come in with him while he would talk to the dead prophet Nephi and issue forth prophecies about Ballard’s greatness and future as a United States senator, president of the United States and ultimately the Mormon prophet to usher in the second coming of Christ,” the lawsuit states... "Over the years, we've had many bloggers come and go. Some we knew personally, others were just a name, if even that. Many we've lost track of, and "Dale" was one of them.

Dale first began sending us private messages about various problems, usually involving drugs. At one time, this young man had been an addict, but had sobered up, married, and started a family. Life was good for him.

Dale then asked if he could write for us. We were happy to have him on our team, and he chose the pen name "Jasper Black." Most of his blogs involved the drug scene and problems related to it. All were well written and interesting.

Then we didn't hear from Dale for a while, at least until we saw his arrest in news reports. He had committed an act of domestic violence after relapsing. Then he made the local news in a huge way with an even bigger assault case. Dale was off the rails.

He finally contacted us. He had lost his wife, family, home, and job. Was there some way in which we could help make these reports go away? Was there some way we could help him get it all back? We offered to assist in what few ways we could, but no one but God could have restored Dale's life. It was up to him now to make a better one.

Then we began to see arrest reports in which Dale was accused of theft. We tried to contact him, but he didn't reply to our messages. Our only information concerning our former blogger came from arrest reports. The last was in July.

Then the FPD broke up a homeless camp in East Florence. Was Dale one of transients forced to look for a new refuge? That we don't know, but we do know that at that time people began to see him in North Florence breaking into apartment complexes and scouring through garbage and roadside trash. It wasn't a pretty sight. 

We understand that the police are looking for Dale. We have no idea what the next report of him will bring. Would one of Chief Ron Tyler's highly touted "case managers" help Dale? He's not mentally ill, per se. He's educated. He knows what it takes to make a good life. He simply won't do it.

Unfortunately, Dale is the poster boy representing many of the Florence homeless.

Vigilantes who target child abusers often ‘commit offences themselves’

"Across the Pond" (as the British like to say), there is a very similar problem with vigilantes. According to this brief article, many vigilantes commit crimes during their vigilante actions, and vigilante groups attract domestic abusers and others with a lack of volitionakl control. Much of that behavior can be seen in the people profiled here over the years.

UK police have voiced major concerns about the activities of socalled paedophile hunters who attempt to entrap potential child sex offenders without the help of authorities.

According to the BBC, such vigiliante groups often contain members who set up fake profiles on social media, purportedly belonging to teenagers, and wait for adults to contact them.

The broadcaster says that once contact has been made they will then “confront the suspect, usually filming the operation, before handing their evidence to the police”.

This week Dan Vajzovic, of the National Police Chiefs' Council, warned against this form of activism. He claimed hunters “often divert police resources away from other offenders and often commit offences themselves during their operations”, including “extortion, blackmail and exhibiting violence against those that they are targeting”.

According to ITV News, some police “fear that the groups’ actions could interfere with surveillance operations, while the evidence they gather may not be of a high enough standard to use for prosecution” anyway.

Former police chief Jim Gamble told the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse in early 2018 that “masquerading as a child online should become a criminal offence to deter vigilante stings”.  He also told The Telegraph this summer that such groups “attract people with domestic abuse records and coercive control. They give people the opportunity to reinvent themselves as a good person and create this status, to build a Facebook or a Twitter following.” 

The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) said that while it had “sympathy” for those who target suspected abusers, protecting children was its “ultimate priority”.

“If someone has concerns about child safety the best way they can help is to alert the police,” the society warned.

But Paddy Tipping, the police and crime commissioner for Nottinghamshire, said in April last year that police in his area should try to form “better relationships” with vigilante groups.  A recent freedom of information request filed by the BBC has shown that last year prosecutors used evidence by so-called paedophile hunters in more than 250 cases against suspected abusers.

YouTube host leads police to arrest suspected sex offender in EG

The Elk Grove police on Aug. 11 arrested a 20-year-old man who allegedly visited Morse Community Park to have a sexual encounter with a minor in a restroom.

“Ghost,” who is a YouTube channel host and the anonymous leader of an self-described movement called, Creep Catching (CC) Unit, announced that their decoy operation led authorities to arrest Timothy Brock of Elk Grove.

CC Unit targets sexual predators online and then releases their video-recorded confrontations with them on YouTube. They also submit evidence to law enforcement in order to have the suspects arrested. The CC Unit in June reportedly led authorities to arrest a suspected sex offender in Roseville.

“The mission is to expose adults who prey on children,” Ghost told the Citizen about the CC Unit’s work. “Get these adults arrested and convicted for their crimes. Change laws to where predators get harsher punishments for their crimes against children.”

During the Elk Grove incident, the CC Unit confronted Brock at Morse Park before the police arrived. Ghost said that he then gave officers the text messages and online chats between the suspect and the decoy who posed as a 13-year-old boy.

“He was on our radar for four months,” he told the Citizen about the suspect.

Brock was arrested on felony charges of communicating with a minor to commit sex offenses, meeting with a minor for purposes of lewd behavior, and attempting to possess obscene matter of a minor in a sexual act. He is currently being held in the Sacramento County Main Jail on a $100,000 bail, according to jail records. Brock is also reportedly scheduled for a settlement conference at the Sacramento Superior Court on Aug. 25.

Elk Grove police spokesperson Hannah Gray confirmed that officers responded to the call at Morse Park and they took the suspect into custody.

“However, we highly discourage this type of activity, due to the propensity for danger,” she said about private groups targeting suspected criminals.

Gray added that her agency advises people to instead contact law enforcement to report any possible or known crimes. She mentioned the work of the Sacramento Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, which targets sexual predators online.

A member of Red Deer Creep Catchers facing charges in relation an incident in Lacombe has pleaded not guilty.

Karl Young, 37, who is also known as Carl Murphy, was charged in December after Lacombe Police say he targeted another individual online using vigilante-type tactics and lured them into meeting in person without justification or facts.

Police say a video of the encounter was posted on the Red Deer Creep Catchers Facebook page making false allegations against the individual.

In Red Deer court on Wednesday, Young pleaded not guilty on counts of mischief and criminal harassment.

The case has been adjourned to May 26.

‘Fame hungry’ Canadian group of vigilante pedophile hunters is slammed for naming and shaming innocent men and interfering with police work

A group of vigilante pedophile hunters in Canada has been slammed for interfering with police work and labeling innocent citizens as sexual predators. 

Creep Catchers, which has a handful of chapters across the country, has its members pose as underage boys and girls online and arrange meetings with would-be predators. 

They film the encounters to share online and also post screenshots of the conversations leading up to the meetings to name and shame the adults involved. 

But police say the network of vigilantes, whose most prominent members have criminal records themselves, is doing more harm than good. 

They say the meetings can drive predators they are on the verge of arresting underground and that the vigilantes are only seeking to make money and find fame.

‘What they’re doing is absolutely not protecting children in any way,’ Insp. Dave Dubnyk of Alberta’s Integrated Child Exploitation unit told

In one case in Alberta, the group confronted a pedophile who police were preparing to arrest. He disappeared after their meeting and is accused of molesting a baby and a toddler afterwards.

‘There’s nothing good coming from this, nothing good at all, except for an emotional response that’s very acute and very short lived,’ Staff Sergeant Stephen Camp of the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team’s Integrated Child Exploitation Unit told of the group.

Another allegation is that it wrongly targets people who haven’t committed any form of child abuse.

The parents of a 22-year-old who was profiled by the group for inviting a 15-year-old boy over to his house say the group made his life torturous.

He said the meeting was innocent and that the boy told him he needed support coming out as gay.

In messages beforehand, he said the boy could go to his house ‘as friends’ and that they mustn’t ‘fool around’ but he was shamed by the group.

In a video of the confrontation, he wept: ‘I’m not a creep. I’m not a molester. I’m nothing.’  The man’s father said he had been used as ‘cheap entertainment’.

Last year another man lashed out at the group after being shown in one of its videos. He said he believed the girl he was meeting was 18.  

In Canada it is not illegal for an adult to arrange to meet a child if they show no intent to kidnap or sexually abuse them.

Some of Creep Catcher’s most prolific members have criminal records of their own and one has been arrested for harassment since joining the anti-pedophile crusade.

Karl Young has 25 separate convictions for offenses in New Brunswick, reported.

The newspaper also claimed that Dawson Raymond, who describes himself as ‘the original creep catcher’, has a breaking and entering conviction. Raymond vehemently denies the allegation.

He earlier told Vice he’d created a ‘movement’ which others had hopped on to.  

Creep Catchers has been blamed for the suicide of a transgender woman who killed herself after being targeted by the group.

Katelynn McKnight, 27, took her life in September last year after the group accused her of soliciting sex from a 14-year-old.

The group was also condemned for filming a disabled man with cerebral palsy and sharing his identity online. The man said he’d been told by the ‘girl’ that she was in fact a 20-year-old escort. 

He arrived to their meeting in a mobility scooter where he questioned why he’d been entrapped. At the time Creep Catchers defended the snare, telling CTV news: ‘Mental disability or not, it needs to be out there.’

Man behind Facebook page that named and shamed child sex offenders has a string of indecency convictions himself

A self-appointed moral guardian who set up a Facebook page to name and shame convicted child sex offenders has a string of convictions for indecency himself.

'Paedophile hunter' Joseph McCloskey (39) has been exposed as a career criminal with a total of 96 previous convictions, including four for indecency, as well as a host of others for drugs - including supplying Class A drugs - public order and road traffic offences.

The Limavady man's 23-year criminal career emerged yesterday when he appeared at Londonderry Magistrates Court charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm in the city centre on September 20 last year. He pleaded guilty to the assault and was released on bail, and will be sentenced on June 12.

McCloskey's record of offending averages four convictions a year.

He was at the centre of a legal storm earlier this year when he and social media giant Facebook were successfully sued by a sex offender who had been identified on a page, Keeping Our Kids Safe From Predators 2, operated by McCloskey.

The courtroom victory provoked a storm of outrage on McCloskey's behalf after the exposed paedophile was awarded damages. Mr Justice Stephens said that McCloskey's Facebook site "was an attempt to hunt a sex offender, to drive him from his home and to expose him to vilification".

The child abuser, identified in court only as 'CG', claimed harassment, violation of his right to privacy and breaches of the Data Protection Act against Facebook and McCloskey after his photograph and details appeared on the site in 2013.

A string of abusive comments and information on his location appeared. One user called for CG to be hanged, while others advocated shooting or castrating him.

One of the posts stated: "I would tie him to a tree and put a blowtorch where he wouldn't want it."

The abuser claimed his fear of violence being inflicted on him was heightened by one of those posting on the page being a former UDA commander who forced him to flee in a past attack on his home.

In evidence, CG also claimed he has been threatened with being thrown off a pier during a fishing trip, hounded out of a cinema and had to use a supermarket trolley to fight off another tormentor.

"He (McCloskey) took pride in driving an individual out of his home," Mr Justice Stephens said, and "knowingly encourages harassment of sex offenders by other individuals by the comments he makes and by the aim and purpose of the profile/page."

Both Facebook and Mr McCloskey were held liable for misuse of private information, with a further finding against the page operator for unlawful harassment.

The judge awarded £20,000 damages against McCloskey and Facebook, with McCloskey being liable for £15,000 of that sum.

Both McCloskey and Facebook are appealing against the ruling.In a further twist, the child abuser who successfully sued McCloskey and Facebook was himself then sued by two of his victims in a bid to secure compensation for abuse they suffered.

The abuse victims' lawyers secured a High Court injunction halting any payout to the sex offender following his landmark action against the social networking giant.

Lawyer Michael Redmond, of Doris & MacMahon Solicitors, acted for one of the victims.

He said: "Our client was extremely concerned and annoyed on hearing that the person who had been convicted of abuse was due to receive a significant amount of compensation."

Experts say it's almost impossible to check the bona fides of anyone operating a Facebook page,.

According to social media expert Dr Kevin Curran, Reader in Computer Science at Ulster University, there is nothing to stop anyone setting themselves up as an online vigilante on Facebook - no matter how shady their past.

"It's an open door, really," Dr Curran said. "A Facebook page can be set up by anyone at all. There are no barriers."

If these online vigilante groups are "heroes," then why do they have to host their operations overseas

Here is a thought I've had before. It is obviously okay in America for people to harass Registered Citizens, as message boards are filled with the same tired comments.

But over the years, members of online vigilante douchebag groups like AZU have often posted their shit overseas because websites like Youtube actually have some degree of standards and it is possible to have hateful videos removed (although Facebook allows far more hate groups to routinely post murder discussions on their websites). Now, given the fact that it pretty much takes a court order to have anything removed from various websites, and given the acceptance of harassing and slandering registered citizens online, it is obvious that so-called "Antis" need to send their trash overseas because even the average American doesn't want to deal with them.

The bad news for those who have been negatively impacted by "Evil-Unveiled" are being victimized again because the defunct Evil-Unveiled info, already a project plagiarized from the earlier Perverted-Justice trash project Wikisposure, has now been reposted on another garbage site called "Encyclopedia Dramatica," another internet filth site run by internet trolls and other assorted  losers.

Now, while Encyclopedia Dramatica is not a site to be taken seriously by any means (it is a site created "for the lulz" meaning its only purpose is to make fun of and hurt people), some assholes at ED have decided to "archive" the Wikisposure/Evil-Unveiled tripe "as part of a lulz preservation project," as the cowards at ED proclaim.

Encyclopedia Dramatica is hosted overseas of course, and claim to be under Ukrainian jurisdiction, though having the .se extension. ED has a pretty shitty reputation, and they are pretty hypocritical considering they are re-posting and promoting the inaccurate Evil-Unveiled website and yet they are promoting rape and molestation:

This is actually quite typical of internet troll groups. After all, I've covered the hypocrisy often on this website. I wouldn't doubt many current members of ED are actual sex offenders like T-Sand.

Of course, that means little to the dozens of Anti-Registry Movement reformists who have been continuously slandered by the lies started by Perverted Justice and continue to spread like a disease. And there is little that can be done about it except to consider the source. Encyclopedia Dramatica isn't exactly a site known for accurate info. In fact, they freely admit their site isn't about the facts.

I doubt there IS much any of you impacted by having this info can do, save gong to court in a foreign nation, but perhaps you can file a suit against the the big search engines, especially Google, to have the links buried. Maybe someday, I'll catch one of these trolls in person. You'd be amazed how weak these people are in real life, just like the typical bully.

But, obviously even the trolls know that they are doing something wrong, because they go to great lengths to conceal their identities and posting their harassment outside the reach of American courts. There is nothing heroic about that.

Two sisters who criticised a group of online ‘paedophile hunters’ for confronting a suspect who later committed suicide were themselves viciously targeted by the group, it emerged last night.

Claire and Emma Harris accused Letzgo Hunting of ‘acting like thugs’ after they were bombarded with abusive messages by the vigilante group, which also published one of the sisters’ social networking addresses online.

At least two other people have also received threats or abusive messages from the group, which yesterday denied responsibility for causing the death of engineer Gary Cleary.

One, who posted criticism on Letzgo Hunting’s Facebook page, said he received a reply from a follower warning: ‘I will cut your throat if I see you in the street’.

Mr Cleary, 29, was confronted by Letzgo Hunting members in Braunstone Park, Leicester, in early May, but fled as they approached him.

The group says it lured him there by posing as a 14-year-old girl in an online chat. The footage was posted online and he was arrested days later, questioned and released on bail.

Mr Cleary, who lived with his girlfriend in Newbold Verdon, Leicestershire, was found dead in his garage four days later.

Letzgo Hunting claim to be a band of concerned parents in Hinckley, Leicestershire, who pose as girls aged 12 to 15 on internet dating and social networking sites to set up meetings with paedophiles looking for sex.

Footage of the confrontations is put on their website, as well as their Facebook and YouTube pages, with the suspect’s faces visible. If an arrest is made, the footage is doctored to disguise a suspect’s identity, but remains online.
Yesterday the group told the BBC it would not change its methods following the death of Mr Cleary.

But its founder, who uses the name ‘Jamie’, later posted a message saying he was leaving the group after his name was partially revealed online.

He denied being responsible for any abuse from the Letzgo Hunting Facebook page and added: ‘If someone’s been upset by it, I wasn’t aware of it.’

Claire, 31, said that after she saw the group’s footage of its encounter with Mr Cleary in May, she messaged its Facebook page to condemn the tactic.

But within hours she said it sent her a message branding her a paedophile. She was then blocked from posting further comments on its page.

When her 34-year-old sister messaged the site to complain, the group posted her Facebook address and Twitter name on its webpage, with a message claiming she was supporting paedophiles.

It urged the group’s 11,000 Facebook followers to ‘show her some love cuz I’ve had enough’.

The siblings each reported the abuse and harassment to their local police forces.

Last night Claire said some of those who had viewed the video had posted threats to kill Mr Cleary or said they knew where he lived.

Emma, a single mother-of-one from North Yorkshire, said she feared for the safety of her child after Letzgo Hunting tweeted the name of her street in a message suggesting they should ‘go hunting’ in the neighbourhood.

Another tweet warned her: ‘U will feel the love that paedophiles get, because, by condoning their actions and condemning ours, you are equal!’.

She said: ‘I actually warned Letzgo Hunting that I was worried their videos could lead to somebody getting hurt or taking their own life.

‘I can’t believe the way they went for me. It only takes one idiot to decide to look me up – all for trying to have a civilised debate with these people on Facebook.’

Claire, a mother-of-three from Leicestershire, said she came across the group’s activities when a friend posted a comment on their video of the confrontation with Mr Cleary.

She added: ‘I was immediately concerned that this way of working posed a risk to the public, not only to the men being targeted but also anybody mistaken for being the subject of one of their videos.’

Referring to Jamie, she said: ‘I also find it alarming that he works incognito to protect his own family, but thinks nothing of posting my sister’s details onto a public forum.’

An inquest at Loughborough last week concluded Mr Cleary had ‘died by his own hand’.

Coroner Trevor Kirkman made no reference to his encounter with Letzgo Hunting or his arrest.

Alleged Founding Member of Anonymous wanted for Child Porn

Anonymous has a sordid history. It sprung from the controversial website 4chan, which also gave us "Pedobear" and /b/, the subsection where anyone can post nearly anything, including child pornography. So it should be no surprise that if Anonymous had a founding member, he would be suspected of Child Porn possession or worse.

Canadian authorities are seeking to deport an American man who claims he is a founding member of the notorious hacking group Anonymous, accusing him of espionage against Canada’s national interests.

The story of Matthew Paul DeHart — once cloaked by court-imposed secrecy — is muddied, however, by his claim of being psychologically tortured by U.S. agents trying to recover sensitive national security information, by child pornography charges he faces in the United States and by concerns over an apparent psychotic break.

Mr. DeHart, 30, was released on bail last month — after nearly five months in detention — as quietly as he was arrested.

He is currently confined to his parents’ care, apparently in the Toronto area, and is under constant GPS monitoring.

After Mr. DeHart’s April arrest by the Canada Border Services Agency, six detention reviews were held in private. After finally being released, a confidentiality order was issued by the Federal Court of Canada, which has now been lifted.

The Canadian government opposed his release, claiming he is a danger to the public and involved in espionage and the Minister of Public Safety unsuccessfully appealed when his release was granted.

It adds layers of intrigue to what began as sordid allegations of tricking boys into making pornographic video and photos of themselves.

He is charged in the U.S. with production and transportation of child pornography. In 2010, Mr. DeHart was arrested at the U.S. border, trying to return to Charlottetown, P.E.I., where he was enrolled in a welding course at Holland College. He collapsed in a Bangor, Maine, courtroom.


On April 3, 2013, all three claimed refugee protection, saying Mr. DeHart had been psychologically tortured in the United States and feared persecution if he returned.

His father, Paul, is a minister in an Indiana church, a calling he had after leaving the U.S. Air Force where he worked in military signals intelligence; he intercepted, transcribed and processed foreign communications. His mother, Leann, works at a seminary, also following a career in the U.S. military.

Mr. DeHart, himself, had Top Secret clearance with the Air National Guard, according to previous court testimony, although he was eventually discharged from the military over concerns he was prone to depression, seen as incompatible with remotely flying drone aircraft.

But it was in Canada that he dropped his bombshell.

He says in his asylum claim he has been a member of the hacker group Anonymous since it was founded. During his online activities he obtained a leaked government document relating to the national security of the United States, court heard.

He says that is the root of his trouble.

He claimed the child pornography charges are a ruse for U.S. agents to retrieve the security document and investigate him for espionage. It was in pursuit of this sensitive information, he says, that he was psychologically tortured during interrogations in August, 2010.

He alleges he was drugged, subjected to psychological torture and questioned by FBI agents. While in custody, he was diagnosed with a psychotic break and has shown signs of post traumatic stress disorder, Federal Court heard. He claims this was a result of the torture.

Earlier this year, Anonymous hacked the website of the U.S. Department of Justice after Internet activist, Aaron Swartz, committed suicide:

At previous hearings in the U.S., a government lawyer asked Mr. DeHart’s father about his own service in military intelligence and about colleagues he kept in touch with, including those from a posting in Germany.

He was also asked about any “online alter-egos or personas” that his son might have assumed. His father said he was aware his son played online games, including World of Warcraft, Halo and Tribes but was unaware of more.

There has not yet been a hearing to test the veracity of Mr. DeHart’s unusual claims.

Canada has been a refuge for Mr. DeHart before.

Shortly after the Deharts’ house was searched by police and his computers seized, Mr. DeHart enrolled in an eight-week language course in Montreal, living with a host family, and then in a welding program in Charlottetown.

His parents drove him to P.E.I. in July, 2010. Afterwards, they spoke every night, saying family prayers together over an online Skype link, his father testified earlier.

In order to process his student visa he had to leave Canada and apply at the border. In August, he took a bus from Charlottetown to Calais, Maine, and crossed the border back to St. Stephen, N.B., on foot.

He was stopped at the border and arrested on a charge of possession and distribution of child pornography.

He is now back in Canada but his future is uncertain. His immigration arrest suspends his refugee claim pending an admissibility hearing.

Mr. DeHart’s Toronto immigration lawyer, Lily Tekle, said she consulted with her client and he declined to authorize her to comment because of ongoing proceedings.

Sex offender behind anti-paedophile site

"So? What's the problem? You're not allowed to atone your sins, is that what you mean?" the 48-year-old told the AFtonbladet newspaper when confronted with the information. 

The site he runs targets mostly foreign-born sex offenders. 

An investigative journalism group, Researchgruppen, decided to look closer at the site, which the anti-fascism magazine Expo has called among the nastiest of all websites popular with sympathizers of the anti-immigrant Sweden Democrat party. 

The group revealed that the 48-year-old had been jailed for sexually exploiting a minor and had also been convicted of sexually assaulting several children.

The attacks took place when the man babysat and when he worked at a middle-school.

The verdict stated that the victims had suffered anxiety and had to go to therapy for many years after the assaults.

The man is also convicted of possessing child pornography, vandalism, and violent assault. His rap sheet stretches all the way up to 2010.

His colleagues on the site do not have clean slates either.

A 42-year-old associate, who runs the name-and-shame site's finances, has over half a million kronor in debt. He has previously been convicted of account fraud. 

The site's webmaster, meanwhile, has been convicted of drunk driving. 

And one of its most active contributors is known to police for smuggling alcohol into Sweden from Germany. 

Part of the site's "business model", the journalists revealed, is to take payment from the people whose names and faces appear on the site and want the information removed. 

"So what? If that's what we are up to, that what we're up to, we do what the hell we want. We're the ones putting our time and money into this, aren't we?" the 48-year-old told Aftonbladet. 

He did not deny that posts were removed after payment, but neither did he confirm it. 

He did say, however, that taking such payment would not qualify as blackmail as the site never actively demanded money from anyone.

AZU: The Little Engine That Couldn't

Once upon a time, there was a little engine called "Absolute Zero United." It was a small pitiful engine looking for a little attention any way they can get it.

One day, the driver this  engine, codenamed "Stitches 77," said, "I know how I can continue to hurt others and gain approval from the people. I'll find some other group to target. By focusing on others rather than our own faults, I can gain fame, acceptance, and even money."

It settled on people convicted of sex offenses because they are an easy target. Surely no one will take up for them, right?

That is what the Engine thought until it found the website of one who had the audacity to speak up about the wrongfulness of laws targeting people who have served their sentences and deserve an opportunity to be a productive member of the community. Here she is, a mother of four children, whose children were suffering the consequences of badly devised laws. The audacity. So the little engine said, "I think I can ruin her life. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can..." So i began harassing this woman. It made fun of her. It threatened her. It published her address. It bragged about this crime on it's website day and night. It bragged about hurting her family. But then the woman fought back. She filed a federal lawsuit, and little engine became afraid. Oh shit!

Then a TV personality got wind of this story. "Just what I wanted," cried this little engine. "I'm going to be on TV! I think I can jump start my career with this publicity. I think I can, I think I can...." The engine was so happy, it drank and smoked crack to excess, so much so that when the engine got its time on TV, it was obviously wasted and make a complete ass of itself on national television. The little Engine looked even dumber.

The little Engine found more and more people willing to speak up. They were going to have a rally in Ohio! What to do, what to do! 'I know!" said the pathetic Engine. "I think I can bully these people into submission. I think I can, I think I can..." So this Engine found some biker wannabes and some other vigilantes to try to scare the rally attendants. But it didn't work. The little Engine and friends were outnumbered and confronted by the rally-goers. They went home defeated again.

So now these rally-goers started a growing movement to reach out to others being abused by people like this engine. Websites and groups sprung up all over the internet. The little Engine said, "They don't have a right to their opinions. I think I can scare them away from activism. I think I can, I think I can..." So it started harassing the bloggers. It created a fake Wiki site. It spread nasty lies. But their victims continued to fight back and grow stronger. Some even took the fight directly to them. The Engine began to lose steam. The engine became paranoid schizophrenic, accusing everyone from Patty Wetterling to Barack Obama to the Pope were all some massive conspiracy of "pedo sympathizers." It backfired. People slammed them in chatrooms, again and again and again and again.In desperation, they even added their sworn enemy to their ranks, which made them an even bigger laughing stock among their peers.

The little Engine slowly realized it was a failure at life. Slowly dissension and boredom caused many of the Engine's crew to lose interest in the Engine's trips to nowhere and the Engine grew rusty and stale from misuse. The Little Engine That Couldn't was eventually abandoned about a year ago, but every once in a while you can hear that old familiar ghostly toot of a past better left buried. THE END.

Criminal vigilante Barbara Farris hocking reality show

I don't know what it is about the state of Florida and crazy female vigilantes like Judy Cornet, but that other notorious vigilante, Barbara Farris, is pimping her own reality show. Do we need another reality show after crazy idiots? After all, there's supposed to be a Judy Cornet reality show in the works, there's that idiot bed intruder clown from Alabama getting a reality show, and now, Barbara Farris? Geez. Maybe it will be in the "World' Dumbest" lineup on E!

Not one to let a little thing like her constant run-ins with the law deter her from hocking a reality show, Farris has created a You Tube account and a blog. As much as I hate giving this nutjob any degree of free publicity, I have to pick apart her blog post:

Barbara Farris is a woman who has dedicated her life to protecting children from being violated by pedophiles and predators. Barbara Farris was victimized by her step-father.  As he preached the gospel under his big white tent, she and her brother became victims of his abuse, acting out with what Farris now calls the "ripple effect of sexual abuse".

Barbara now faces a war against her own family for speaking out against a rape against her mother by an uncle and her molestation by another uncle.

Barbara was arrested on a falsified warrant that was dismissed by the District Attorney of Coffee County in Alabama, yet the judge who has association with Farris's family decided to pursue this warrant and have her arrested solely to discredit Ms. Farris.

Barbara still stands strong with her organization after having to fight time and time again to keep her cause alive.  It's unheard of to be arrested in another state for a misdemeanor crime then actually extradited for that misdemeanor by a sheriff and jailer, and held eight days without bond.

News flash Barbara, you live in the South. Being arrested for a violent crime is not uncommon, nor is being held in jail 8 days while waiting to be bonded out.  Your story does not add up. By the way, no mention of her subsequent legal trouble for harassing a sex offender and posting the incriminating video on YouTube.

The reality show is about Barbara now, no longer living as a victim, but as a survivor. 

It is not about her but it is about her. What, is she rewriting A Tale of Two Cities? It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. She can't make up her mind. The staggering statistics of sexual abuse would not be as high as it is today if we could stop sexual abuse, and predators from their abusive acts an effective way. Some criminals live a life of crime that, perhaps if they had never been sexually abused, they would not be living.  Abuse falls into 94% of the crime rate, which is primarily from assault, sexual, and mental abuse.  It's a proven fact that sexual abuse has a tremendous impact on our crime rate today.

Can haz source material plz? Why is it people who make such crazy claims like Farris cannot quote a valid study?  I'm trying to figure out what she's saying here. Is she saying that sexual abuse is responsible for 94% of all crimes? That makes no sense. Sounds more like she's trying to justify her own criminal history.

We wish to make it very clear that Farris is not requesting sympathy from her abuse nor has she asked anyone for anything except to stand behind the fight against predators and pedophiles. It's time to focus on her cause and not her individually.

Barbara Farris has never denied her past, and to this day she stands behind protecting and saving the children across America.

It sounds like not only is Farris trying to elicit sympathy, she's also denying her criminal past.  It would be nice if others were given the same dignity Farris is demanding of people. If she wants to condemn others for their pasts then she deserves the same contempt.

Rob Taylor's latest insane ranting

Rob Taylor has apparently been adding something to that cup that's warping his mind. His latest insane rant has come in the form of a couple of direct emails. He threw a hissy fit because I complained to a website owner over an article where Taylor still insists on referring to me as a child rapist and pedophile. The problem is I was never convicted of rape, nor am I clinically diagnosed with pedophilia. That is what happens when you have elementary school dropouts writing insane rants on private blogs like Red-Alerts. Apparently freedom to Robbie boy means freedom to slander:

What I found odd was Rob Taylor is spewing venom about Clay Keys. Did he lose the memo that Clay Keys is now a bona fide menber of AZU? You're fine and dandy with Clay Keys playing cheerleader on AZU these days. The proof is in the pudding, or rather, the website:

Rob Taylor has either a serious case of denial or some really bad eyesight. However, for all the crap he said about Clay Keys in a private email but he's awfully mum about it out in public.
