Melanie Larkin's obsession with me has me laughing right now, but while she's posting lame ass videos that make me laugh, I'd like to point out that since her field of study was apparently learning how to cook and now the law, she needs a lesson in criminal statutes. 

You see, dear, dumb, Melanie, harassing people on the Internet is actually a crime. You're begging your loser friends to "leave an honest review" and tell the internet to "do their thang", but only an idiot does not know these are euphemisms to harass and annoy those you dislike for no legitimate reason. 

Oh, you can piss and moan and bitch and whine all you want. But you and your wannabe Anonymous friends must have slept through Constitution classes or you'd realize free speech has limitations in America.

CIVIL LAW

You can't slander others, Melanie Larkin. Calling me a child rapist when I have not been accused of, much less convicted of, rape, is slander. Similar torts include libel, defamation of character and false light statements. 

In your TikTok videos that have been taken down (but I still managed to save) you ADMIT malice, which is one of the elements of proving any of these civil torts. So, should I decide you're worth dragging to court, you've already provided me with ample evidence. You see, this blog isn't just for shits and giggles, this is also where I show that I've collected screenshots as evidence of malice. So thanks for proving a case against you.

(a) Uses obscene language or suggests any obscene act;

(b) Threatens to inflict physical or mental injury to such individual or any other person or physical injury to the property of such individual or any other person; or

(c) Attempts to extort property, money, or other thing of value from such individual or any other person.

(2) The offense shall be deemed to have been committed either at the place where the call or electronic communication was initiated or where it was received.

(3) Intimidation by telephone call or electronic communication is a Class III misdemeanor.

(4) For purposes of this section, electronic communication means any writing, sound, visual image, or data of any nature that is received or transmitted by an electronic communication device as defined in section 28-833.

  565.225.  Stalking, first degree, penalty. — 1.  As used in this section and section 565.227, the term "disturbs" shall mean to engage in a course of conduct directed at a specific person that serves no legitimate purpose and that would cause a reasonable person under the circumstances to be frightened, intimidated, or emotionally distressed.

  2.  A person commits the offense of stalking in the first degree if he or she purposely, through his or her course of conduct, disturbs or follows with the intent of disturbing another person and:

  (1)  Makes a threat communicated with the intent to cause the person who is the target of the threat to reasonably fear for his or her safety, the safety of his or her family or household member, or the safety of domestic animals or livestock as defined in section 276.606 kept at such person's residence or on such person's property.  The threat shall be against the life of, or a threat to cause physical injury to, or the kidnapping of the person, the person's family or household members, or the person's domestic animals or livestock as defined in section 276.606 kept at such person's residence or on such person's property; or

  (2)  At least one of the acts constituting the course of conduct is in violation of an order of protection and the person has received actual notice of such order; or

  (3)  At least one of the actions constituting the course of conduct is in violation of a condition of probation, parole, pretrial release, or release on bond pending appeal; or

  (4)  At any time during the course of conduct, the other person is seventeen years of age or younger and the person disturbing the other person is twenty-one years of age or older; or

  (5)  He or she has previously been found guilty of domestic assault, violation of an order of protection, or any other crime where the other person was the victim; or

  (6)  At any time during the course of conduct, the other person is a participant of the address confidentiality program under sections 589.660 to 589.681, and the person disturbing the other person knowingly accesses or attempts to access the address of the other person.

  3.  Any law enforcement officer may arrest, without a warrant, any person he or she has probable cause to believe has violated the provisions of this section.

  4.  This section shall not apply to activities of federal, state, county, or municipal law enforcement officers conducting investigations of any violation of federal, state, county, or municipal law.

TikTok th0t Melanie Larkin sends troll army to spam anti-registry Facebook page because she thinks Brock Turner's mother "likes" the page

 Ah, TikTok, the Twitter of the video world. I must be getting old but I don't see the allure of TikTok. And while it is primarily known as the place where people post poorly choreographed dance videos, it is also a place to go to spread very short clips on various topics. It has gained a very bad reputation over the years for its many controversies, including dubious "challenges" and security concerns, but it has not stopped (mostly young) people from going there in hopes of becoming the next viral sensation. 

A few days ago, Melanie Larken of Cochecton, NY, a TikToker going by "thebigbean6969", a person best described as a "TikTok Th0t" (internet parlance for a person, usually female, that attempts to garner attention by making sexually charged videos) decided for some reason to target a woman she claims was the mother of Brock Turner, and discovered this woman "liked" the Women Against Registry's Facebook page. So this person with beans for brains decided that WAR was merely a front for Brock Turner's mom, so she raised the virtual torch-and-pitchfork mob on her TikTok page, which up to this point was comprised mostly of material like this:

I hope for her boyfriend's sake she is over age 18. If she's 17 or under, she committed a registerable sex offense. At least she admits her TikTok page is LOW QUALITY CONTENT. It is probably the only truthful statement on her entire shitty page. 

TheBigBimbo6969 then commanded the army of TikTokers to spam the page:

Of course, out of the roughly 2.1 million views this video has reeived, maybe a couple dozen people tops spammed the WAR FB page with Brock Turner memes. No one there knew why at first but one useful idiot posted the video link to TheBeansForBrains6969 account and it all made as much sense as you can make from blatantly manufactured outrage. 

I suspect TikTok inflates their view counts. But again, I digress. 

As you can expect, however, the few idiots who decided to answer the virtual hue and cry were far from intellectual giants:

It is amazing how many people who claim they are against rape respond to a comment they don't like with "I hope you get raped." (Or should I say R-lambda-e-three-D). 

It seems the only legal case the TikTok trolls know is the infamous case of Pot v. Kettle:

It was only a matter of time for TheBraindeadBean6969 decided to go after other anti-registry activists as well as well, calling her "army" of TikTok fuckwits. (And by "army" it is maybe a handful of bored trolls.) 

Of course, most of this was promptly deleted. TikTok may suck but it seems they take cyberbullying seriously enough to take down videos, as TheBigBrainless posted three videos of me that were reported and taken down within a couple of hours after reported. 

Out of all the trolls I've posted here, "thebigbean6969" and those who answered her call to arms rank among the dumbest people I've ever seen. This is one of the dumbest reasons to engage in cyberterrorism. Essentially, her beef with WAR is simply because someone she dislikes simply chose to like a page. It is the silliest reason of all, quite frankly. As an associate of mine put it, it is the old "Hitler Ate Sugar" fallacy. 

But her followers are even dumber because they saw a 45 second TikTok video and did nother to fact-check anything before coming in to make stupid comments. 

I imagine how much it hurts to spend hours shitposting on someone's page only for all that work to be deleted in a couple of quick clicks, BTW.

She's mostly just looking for cheap clicks because some people measure their pathetic lives by the number of views, likes, subscribers, or whatever else boosts online personality egos these days. On her Twitter page, her sole comment was in reponse to an online vigilante video. She's a real winner. 

You know what is dumber than a TikTokm th0t? A person who watches a 45 second TikTok video by said th0t and spams a page because some bimbo told you to do it. 

Of course, Melanie is too stupid to realize that very few people answered her virtual hue-and-cry, and the few that did were promptly deleted as spam. I love to think about all that time wasted spamming a Facebook page when it takes less than 15 seconds to ban someone from a Facebook page :)

Of course, Melanie Larkin is such a dumb zoomer, she doesn't understand that making derogatory and intentionally misleading videos and calling upon her friends and TikTok dumbasses to spam the page with "honest reviews" and begging her loser cronies to "do your thang" is the literal definition of trolling and cyberharassment. 

Perhaps even loonier, Melanie Larkin, or one of her idiot friends, actually tried making the following demands from WAR:

1. Rebrand your organization 
2. Redirect your approach
3. Replace Vicki as the face of the organization

Facebook vigilante group used by murderer now stalking registered citizen activists

For the past couple days, the Facebook vigilante group formerly known as "Matteio Condoluci (Preditor)", now known as "Free James Fairbanks", has been trolling registered citizen activist groups. I have received two harassing phone calls from this group already. (Note to folks sending harassing messages, I record EVERY call and they are being used as proof that I was right about this group).

Now I have proven to those who doubted me this group is indeed a VIGILANTE group, despite the claims of the sympathetic media. So go ahead and file your "civil suit." You have lied to the media but screenshots are forever.

I've passed along some of this to various law enforcement agents as well as members of the Nebraska Legislature because the registry needs to be taken offline immediately due to the actions of this vigilante group.

Speaking of trolls, it seems a certain other frequently mentioned group here posted threats as well so the Jacksonville Sheriff was given notice. Funny, last time I even thought of David Troll, he was crying on the TV claiming he was being cyberbullied only to have the media point out his assault arrest. These thugs never learn.

Google allows cyberstalking of Registered Citizen Activists even after cyberstalker freely admits to cyberstalking

Recently, this blog had a few things removed, despite falling into Fair Use for informative content. (For example, my article on Predator Poachers, which contained screenshots of Alex Rosen discussing his DUI arrest.) However, Google has not given me (or any Registered Citizen, for that matter) the same level of consideration. That is why so many online vigilante scumbags use Google's Blogspot.

My personal stalker (who refers to himself by various names, including Mr Punch, Barry Willians, and Lucky Larry) is no exception. He joins the long line of other vigilante doucherags who have devoted so much time trying in vain to silence my activism. However, when a person goes beyond mere criticism into actively committing crimes against me, that is when the powers that be should step in. In the past two years, I've received numerous harassing phone calls and text messages. This loser has impersonated me and other Anti-Registry activists on multiple platforms. And now, he's taken to stealing my pictures and trying to associate me with "communists", Nazis, and Jeffrey Epstein.

I generally just ignore those pathetic waste of humanity. No one, after all, reads his shitty blog, except maybe his/her/its fellow scumbag Shoalanda Speaks (someone who had no problem working with recidivist Clay Keys.) But Google has been slow to respond to addressing this person's blog, which in recent weeks, has depicted me as promoting Nazis and Soviet Communism, and posting a pic of my residence with poorly photoshopped pot plants and Jeffrey Epstein. He even freely admits to constant harassment. and stealing copyrighted information.

Maybe he should work of spelling (he spelled Achtung as Ack Ton; what a fucktard!).

But the point here isn't some pathetic piece of shit no one cares about, but Google's longstanding policy of selective enforcement of closing accounts that violate terms of service. As I previously mentioned, Google has deleted many legitimate articles from my blog that had used actual news resources and screenshots of posts made, things that actually fell into Fair Use, while allowing people to post vigilante assaults on Registered Persons. The real problem isn't some crackpot living in his mom's basement in Northern Georgia, but this evil multibillion-dollar corporation that controls so much of our daily lives that it is hard to avoid their products. I may be using a Google blog, but Google is still an unethical corporation. That is what truly needs to change.

BEN spends up to 70 hours a week on the internet getting high on other people's anger and despair.

The unemployed 19-year-old from Victoria - who spoke to news.com.au on the condition of anonymity - doesn't go out much and doesn't have many real friends, but he doesn't feel alone. He believes he's part of a community of similar-minded people who scour the web looking for pages to vandalise and lives to upset.

Ben (not his real name) first started trolling in 2008 on the online forum 4Chan.

His first act was innocuous enough: he weighed in on a discussion about religion and claimed to have disproved everything people had written.

Since then his trolling has become more vicious and destructive.

"It just makes me happy when I can make someone angry. It sounds weird but I kind of feed off their anger. The angrier I can get them, the better I feel," he told news.com.au.

He usually only trolls a post or website once before moving, not out of any sense of decency, but because he is scared of being arrested.

He said the worst thing he ever did was vandalise the Facebook memorial page of a young girl who had committed suicide. "I wrote, 'How's it hanging guys'."

He doesn't feel any remorse, and strangely doesn't consider his actions bullying despite claiming he probably wouldn't have started trolling if he had not been bullied at school.

IT'S HOT IN HELL

"I'd feel responsible but I wouldn't care. I've pretty much lost all hope for humanity anyway, I don't believe that anything can save people," he said.

Ben and the hundreds of thousands like him reflect the dark side of the internet. They believe themselves to be cultural critics, indulging in harmless fun, but RIP trolling is one of the most destructive and harmful forms of trolling. It mocks and exploits the pain of those grieving the loss of loved ones. It ranges from the sort of distasteful comment Ben posted to plastering pages with photoshopped pictures of babies in meat grinders or hardcore pornography.

Last year Bradley Paul Hampson became the first Australian to be jailed for it. He plastered the Facebook tribute pages of two slain schoolchildren with child pornography, an act the judge described as depraved.

In the UK, one of the most infamous RIP trolls, Sean Duffy, was sentenced several months later for persecuting on Facebook four families of dead children. On one girl's memorial page he wrote: "Help me mummy, It's hot in Hell."

But trollers like Ben and Hampson may not be just hurting their victims.

Cyber-researcher Karyn Krawford claims that extreme trolling may be a sign of mental ill-health.

Ms Krawford said she had done studies which showed the empathy of mental health sufferers decreased for every hour they spent online.

LACKING EMPATHY

"This lack of empathy caused people to become emotionally immune and desensitised to images they're not seeing in real life," she said.

In one study, subjects displayed a complete lack of empathy when shown images of people dying. "They couldn't see how much that person was hurting; they couldn't see the cut off arm or the pain and distress and terror.

"As a consequence they were able to make these remarks and express these bullying type behaviours."

Twenty-three-year-old stay-at-home mother Sarah, from South Australia, is one such bully. For years she limited her trolling to snarky posts on the parenting website BabyMama.org, reserving her vitriol for discussions about breastfeeding and vaccinations.

But last month her actions spiralled out of control and she started actively bullying other users. Sarah set up a Facebook page belittling another mother that had posted near naked pictures of herself on the website.

"She started getting negative replies and deleted the pictures but I saved the pictures and uploaded them to a Facebook group where she was humiliated," she said.

Sarah quickly apologised and deleted the photos after other users criticised her actions and the site threatened her with expulsion.

"I randomly targeted a lady for no reason, humiliated her for no reason - just to be a bitch. Looking back now it was petty. I'm one of those remorseful trolls, I suppose."

Sarah, like Ben, attributed her trolling to years of bullying she suffered at school. "I dropped out of school in year nine," she said. "I suppose I'm an asshole to people because I’m carrying all this spitefulness around with me. I hurt people."

Sydney student James admits he has problems switching from the "vicious but joking troll" persona on gaming sites to "James the nice guy" elsewhere.

"On gaming sites, if you don’t troll you’re pretty much seen as someone who is sucking up to the site moderators," he said.

And he has no shame when it comes to trolling. "If the person I was trolling was from a poorer area, maybe I'd say something like 'How does it feel having no future knowing you're from that area'," he said.

"It's just my mentality to make it personal and a lot of people take things way too seriously – especially on social networking sites."

POWER OF THE WEAKLING

Psychologists have long attributed bad behaviour online to "deindividuation" - the feeling people get when they think they are anonymous.

"Social distance can cause a 55-year-old climate change sceptic with a job and a mortgage to behave like a spastic donkey with strange malicious behaviour," said researcher James Heathers, of the University of Sydney.

He said the quality of online conversations in general seemed to be worsening by the day, and had now turned into a competition to see who can yell "urrgggh lame" the loudest.

"There's no turn-taking, or reacting like there is in face-to-face communication," he said. "The conversational structure is completely broken and there’s no thoughtful consideration of issues."

Psychiatrist Dr Tanveer Ahmed said people who troll may well feel a sense of regret, guilt or shame afterwards but mostly they rationalise their behaviour.

“It's a bit like the day after a big party - a part of you could be filled with regret but most of you is like, 'I was off my face, I'm giving myself a pass'."

He said that people don't feel the need to moderate their behaviour when they were online.

"The ability to say 'hi how's it going' to people we dislike helps us function in society, but that facade isn’t required online and often the first thoughts that come to mind – thoughts that would be unacceptable in other forums – are the first ones we bang up into a comment section on the web."

He said a sense of power was important to how people behaved online. "You're far more likely to be a troll if you’re a relative weakling elsewhere," he said.

"The internet is kind of a Wizard of Oz type setting, where people can feel big, whereas in another social setting they can be, well, pissheads frankly."

Yes, now that I think about it, my sending that picture of The Rake with The Hatched buried in his head does not solve anything. Ah! but it just felt so good! Sending them that picture in the E-mail and telling them that they deserve the same for supporting a pedophile, it' just felt good! And besides, I spent a couple of hours creating that image just for them!!! It took at least an hour to do a Google Image Search to find the right picture of a hatchet that was at just the right angle, and then erasing the background away from it so that I could place in just right on The Rake's head. Then I added my own brand of twisted humor saying, "Rake, this is Hatchet! Hatchet, this is Rake!" and because he calls himself The Rake, an outdoor lawn tool, that inspired me to introduce The Rake to The Hatchet, another tool that is used in the great outdoors.

This person is a very sick individual who needs to be committed to a civil commitment center immediately, as he is a danger to himself and others. Places like AZU should be shut down for fostering and advocating violent acts.

On the front page of the site Corrupted Justice, you will find an article and copy of the criminal complaint against 47 year old Bruce Raisley, who was a computer hacker for Perverted Justice, which included infiltrating websites.
