Coincidence, or something more? Why are many online vigilantes believers of Right-Wing conspiracies?

Why are so many vigilante groups adherents adherents of insane online conspiracies such as Q/ PizzaGate? It isn't limited to extreme right-wingers, either; there are some left-leaning conspiracy nuts out there too. But it seems most of the vigilantes AZU members post here are right wing nuts.

(Left wing nuts aren'r immune to this, either. See BLM/ Cancel culture activists bash a registrant by CLICKING HERE)

Ed Bowman of Muscle Shoals, AL is "A Dangerous Kind of Stupid"

As a former resident of the Shosls area, I do take the battle there over stymieing efforts to help Registered Persons reintegrate into society.

A few months ago, justy before the COVID-19 shutdowns began, the Colbert County AL commision tried pushing local legislation to prevent halfways houses from opening in the area if they are going to help a person convicted of a sex offense. In response, the OnceFalle Facebook page was flooded with derogatory responses from Ed Bowman, which were promptly deleted and Bowman was immediately banned.

Bowman is the type of idiot you'd expect to find in a backwards community like Muscle Shoals (the same place where arson suspect "Shoalanda Speaks" resides). The screenshots from Ed Bowman's FB page are all recent stuff. He's an extreme right-winger and conspiracy theorist who supports the confederacy legacy of the South (it is funny how many Americans want to fly the flag of traitors and losers of a war against America.) This idiot also tried connecting the COVID-19 issue to Jeffrey Epstein.

Sadly, this extremist nutjob is actually taken seriously by people of the Shoals, but that's what happend when you live in an isolated, poor community in a state that consistently ranks at the bottom of education rankings.

(As an aside, I've noticed so many vigilantes are also die-hard Trump supporters and believers in insane conspiracies like Q)

Edward Bowman: A Dangerous Kind of Stupid

Right now, lads and lassies, I'm glad I live in Lauderdale County and not in Colbert where the likes of Edward (Ed) Bowman live. Bowman never met a conspiracy he didn't like. He even supports forgoing vaccines so your child can die a horrible death. Nice, huh? Bowman claims vaccines contain tissue of aborted fetuses. IQ of 12 or less, Mr. Bowman?

Anyone out there really think Bowman found out about the controversial re-entry ministry by himself? If you do, you should think again. Bowman has a bone to pick with the Colbert County sheriff, and it would be interesting to know just what it is and who put him up to it.

He doesn't like county commissioner David Black either. Most people don't, but Bowman's views stem from Black being homosexual. Dunno if he is or not, but that's beside the point. He could be Steve Douglas and I wouldn't vote for him. Bowman needs to stick to the facts.

Now Bowman has allied himself with the crazy Witt couple. Need I say more? If Ed Bowman tells you something is white, you pretty well know it's going to be black before you ever see it.

Who is obsessed with who? "Shoalanda Speaks", "Lucky Larry" and a "suspicious fire"

For over ten years, a shitty crime blogger going by the screen name Shoalanda Speaks is obsessed with Derek W. Logue of OnceFallen. She's recently made friends with another troll who currently uses the screen names "Lucky Larry" or "Larry Lynch" (not his real name, but a name stolen from a man of a similar name in Elijay, GA, nearby where the fake Larry Lynch's IP address has been traced back; he sometimes goes by "Val Parkworst", a parody of long-dead vigilante Valerie "Valigator" Parkhurst). This "Licky Larry" character has been posting for at least three full years, if not longer. Both are obsessed with Derek Logue. It is funny they have claimed it is the other way around, but both continuously write aout Derek, steal his pictures and have posted pictures of Derek AND of his friends and family, post disparaging blogs about him, and have even tried interfering in court cases and attempting to incite violebnce against him. Who is obsessed with who?

One of the many harassing posts we at AZU continuously block from Shoalanda Speaks and"Lucky Larry", here using the Val persona.

In 2010, "Shoalanda Speaks" posted her first blog post about Derek Logue, posting a picture of him from his 1996 wedding announcement (causing emotional distress to Derek's ex-wife, who is in no way connected to the Anti-Registry Movement) and made the following veiled threat --

"Logue would like us to believe that he and others like him are changed. What his writings actually do is portray such a twisted individual that we can't blame those who live nearby this Sheffield "activist" for wanting rid of him. We hope that everyone from Turtle Point Village to Manning Homes, from Wilson Lake Shores to Little Guatemala in Russellville, teach their children about sexual predators. After all, they don't wear it stamped on their foreheads...but they should." She also posted a link to the defunct Wikisposure, who took down their website after being repeatedly sued for slander.

The Sheffield police took a report but did not follow up on this threat because cops don't care about investigating crimes against Registered Persons. It is the complete and utter failure by the Sheffield PD to investigate Shoalanda that has empowered this dubious crime blog to continue posting lies as well as threats. A crime blogger who fails to do her research is worthless as a crime blogger, but that's why she's a crime blogger, not a criminal investigator. She could not "finish" her investigation because she discovered the things she wanted to believe about Derek Logue came from a blog that was shut down after being sued for posting lies about those they targeted, including Derek. Well, that and her only other resource was Clay "T-Sand" Keys, a recidivist currently serving 15 years in a FloriDUH state prison. (Shoalanda has continuous misrepresented Derek Logue as a "child rapist" because she info came from said blog rather than admit she was wrong.)

In the pasty ten years, Shoalanda Speaks has featured Derek Logue nearly two dozen times while Logue has not even lived in the Shoals area in a decade.

Of course, since she has little to fear from the local inept backwater police of the Shoals area, so she's made other veiled threats, including those written by the guy pretending to be "Larry Lynch." One recent example was the "Pen-N-Sword" blogpost (another shitshow by Shoalanda and her new girlfriend "Lucky Larry") in which they suggested "putting an end to Derek Logue.

Interesting, both Shoalanda and Larry Lynch (who runs a fake blog called "Sex Offender News", a name he stole from a regular poster at FAC) both started talking about the fire, calling it "suspicious" while implying Logue was somehow the cause of the fire. It is funny how Trollanda like to claimshe only posts factual information but lies to her readers that Logue planned on moving to Muscle Shoals, a shithole of a city where no self-respecting human being would ever choose to move willingly.

But now that suspicion has been turned around on Shoalanda and Larry Lynch, two people who were calling, texting, and emailing threats and harassment against Derek Logue, they're going on the defensive.

What is also interesting is they were quick to rejoice the moment the news came out about the fire. The timing is not coincidental and should be seen as suspicious on the part of these vigilante groups. It is known that some criminals like to admire their crimes, and Shoalanda Speaks/ "Lucky Larry" are behaving as some arsonists do.

Now, if you've noticed that "Lauren Book", the Florida State Senator, is listed in the tag line, it is because the person who calls himself "Larry Lynch" has gone by a number of names -- "Killen Kate" on Pen-n-Sword, Barry Williams on Broward County crime blogs, and "Garl Pinkerton" on Twitter (among others. This is important news because it was this "Garl Pinkerton" alias that contacted Logue in July 2017 about Senator Book's bogus SLAPP Suit within hours of Book filing the paperwork:

To me, this implies that Senator Lauren Book and "Larry Lynch" and his two dozen aliases know each other. How else would he have known about a SLAPP Suit filed 1100 miles from Derek Logue's home? Speaking of that SLAPP Suit, the trolls are upset that Senator Book's SLAPP Suit was stricken down as a blatant violation of constitutional rights

Up until this point, there has been no punishment gor two stalkers who have created phony reports on a Registered Citizen activist for years. They've threatened family members, including an ex-wife Logue has not even communicated with for a decade and has no involvement whatsoever with the Anti-Registry Movement.
Jessie Lessley the arsonist, presumably
a big fan of Shoalanda Speaks

So this "Lucky Larry" is seemingly connected to both Shoalanda Speaks and Senator Book, two people who have harbored publioc ill-will towards Logue and have used the registry as a tool for harassment in violation of the law, meaning both have engaged in criminal activity.

Do I believe the fire was suspicious? Yes, because vigilantes have engaged in arson, like the Lessleys, a family called out for harassing a local Registrant in Alabama back in 2017.

To be fair, we at AZU understand that people like Shoalanda Speaks are uneducated and easily mislead. While Shoalanda Speaks rails on Logue living in rural Nebraska, yet Alabama consistently ranks at the bottom of US educational styatem lists. US News and World Report lists Alabama as 50th (dead last) in education in America. (Incidentally, Nebraska ranks in the Top 10.) The only good thing about Alabama is leaving. The Shoals has NOTHING to offer anyone. Thwey're so desperate to get people to move there, they are paying people up to $10k to relocate to that isolated backwater cesspool

Shoalanda is a product of a failed education system. Many of her readers are just as dumb:

Do I think Shoalanda Speaks and/or fake Lucky Larry committed arson? I'd say that is a maybe. They were awfullyquick to spread the news, so perhaps that is evidence of their involvement, even if it is merely indirect involvement. They think they are untouchable, but Senator Book thought the same thing until she lost her SLAPP Suit.

People like "Lucky Larry" or "Shoalanda Speaks" think trash-talking is scaring us into submission. It is not. They love to think we fear them. We don't. Better people than they have tried silencing this movement and have failed. Harassment does not work. The laws are slowly changing. Muscle Shoals, as isolated as it is, cannot avoid the coming change. There IS Anti-Registry activism alive everywhere, even in a remote place like Muscle Shoals, AL. Deal with it.

It is 2020 and Zach Sweers is still a douchebag with a punchable face. Also, harassment is still illegal

So Zach Sweers decided to call me out of the blue using a fake number. Apparently, he does not seem to understand calling someone to annoy them is against the law.

Sweers has already been warned not to continue harassing people but the douchebag with the punchable face doesn't seem to listen.

Word to the wise, Zach, take the prosecutor's advice and piss off. You've already been sued twice and I've already beaten a state senator in court.

Prosecutor: Warning to video vigilante still stands from 2016
Updated Jun 12, 2019; Posted Jun 12, 2019
By John Tunison | jtunison@mlive.com

GRAND RAPIDS, MI -- In 2016, a then 23-year-old Zach Sweers was advised by authorities to stop doing “sting” operations on men who responded to his online persona as an underage teen girl.

He did, at least judging by his social media pages at the time. Two men he caught on video had sued him.

Now three years later, he’s back to posting videos akin to the popular “To Catch A Predator” show.

The actions of viral video vigilantes put the public in danger, according to law enforcement.

Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker learned two week ago that Sweers had begun posting new videos to his Anxiety War web site.

In some, they show him confronting men who came to see him, thinking he was the teen girl they chatted with online. In one, he picks up a man’s dropped car keys and wrestles with the man over them.

Becker on Wednesday, June 12 joined the state Attorney General’s office and state police in warning against such video vigilantism.

“It’s dangerous to himself and it’s dangerous to the public,” Becker said.

In 2016 it was Becker’s then-boss, retired Kent County Prosecutor William Forsyth, who issued a plea for Sweers to stop and told him that prosecutors would no longer look into cases he investigated.

Becker said Forsyth’s message still applies today.

“We’re not going to work with him. We want nothing to do with him,” Becker said.

He said Sweers’ motive for the videos, in his opinion, is self-serving.

Sweers appears to have started posting new videos in early April. The introduction to the first video starts with the words “Anxiety War 2.0” and “I’m Back.”

Kent County Prosecutor William Forsyth wrote a May 4 letter to Zach Sweers

He responded to an email for comment Wednesday, but only to say that he planned to issue a video response to the Attorney General’s warning.

“There is so much more to all of this...," he wrote.

In 2016, prosecutors did charge seven men with accosting a child for immoral purposes based on initial evidence-gathering by Sweers. Those videos already had been made when police learned of them, and they soon asked him to stop.

Two of the men he captured on video ended up suing him and Sweers settled those cases. No details about the settlement were released.

Cold blooded killer James Fairbanks has a laughable defense: Fairbanks "didn't intend to murder"

Is THIS the best defense James Fairbanks can muster? Does he think his day in court is going to play out like that SafeAuto car ad I posted?

At least his bond was denied again.

So Fairbanks admits to planning a killing and THIS is his defense? I guess the Free James Fairbanks fucks aren't raising as much money ad you might think.

https://www.3newsnow.com/news/local-news/fairbanks-atty-no-intent-to-kill-during-initial-encounter-with-condoluci

By: Jake WasikowskiPosted at 5:43 PM, Jun 02, 2020 and last updated 6:45 PM, Jun 02, 2020
OMAHA, Neb. (KMTV) -- — The attorney for James Fairbanks says there’s a lot more to him allegedly murdering a twice convicted sex offender.

Fairbanks, 43, is being held without bond at the Douglas County Jail on 1st Degree Murder in the death of Mattieo Condoluci. He was found dead inside his home on May 16.

His attorney, Steve Lefler, says he can’t give specifics, but say when Fairbanks first encountered Condoluci he didn’t intend to kill him.

In an email to media, Fairbanks allegedly confessed saying he saw Condoluci staring at kids in his neighborhood and couldn’t let him offend again.

“We have a pretty good defense to this particular charge, not just the Mr. Condoluci was a bad guy so he should die. That isn’t going to be our defense,” Lefler explained.

Judge Russell Bowie denied a change on bond request by Lefler so Fairbanks is still being held without bond at the Douglas County Jail.

*********************

In case someone actually believes that tripe, here's James Fairbanks's confession:

Fairbanks begins the post saying "I am writing this email to let you know that I killed Mattieo Condoluci Thursday around 9:45 pm."

Fairbanks says in the post said that he was "apartment searching and checking the neighborhoods when I stumbled across his sex offender registry info."

The post said Fairbanks had spotted Condoluci in the driveway "pretending to wash his truck (…) while staring at a group of children playing in the street."  Fairbanks also said that there was playground equipment in the backyard.

Fairbanks continued “it agonized me for days.  I couldnt sleep.  I researched him more and more…”

"... i couldnt in good condition allow him to do it to anyone else while I had the means to stop him," Fairbanks says.

“I’m willing to turn myself in even though im confident I wouldn’t be caught because its my opinion that we need to fix this in our society," Fairbanks said.

Fairbanks continued saying "I know this means I will face far more severe punishment for stopping him (…).  But I could no longer do nothing,"

Fairbanks concludes with evidence specific to the homicide.  We are withholding the details of that evidence as the investigation is ongoing.

Throughout the post Fairbanks makes numerous accusations against Condoluci which could not immediately be verified.

Convicted vigilante killer Brittany Monk wants 35 year prison sentence reduced so she can "enjoy her freedom while she's young enough to enjoy it

Brittany Monk is right where she needs to be.

Brittany Monk wants 35-year sentence reduced in 2015 killing of her convicted molester
BY JOE GYAN JR. | STAFF WRITER MAY 31, 2020 - 6:00 PM

A Walker woman claims she never would have pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the 2015 vigilante-style killing of her convicted molester had she known a judge would sentence her in 2018 to 35 years in prison — five years shy of the maximum.

Calling her prison term "a lifetime," 22-year-old Brittany Monk says she instead would have rolled the dice and gone to trial on a second-degree murder charge, which could have subjected her to a life sentence but also the chance at parole after serving 25 years because she was only 17 when the crime occurred.

In an application for post-conviction relief filed in late February at Baton Rouge state court, Monk complains about her former attorneys, the East Baton Rouge Parish District Attorney's Office, and former 19th Judicial District Judge Tony Marabella, who sentenced her.

Monk is asking state District Judge Fred Crifasi, who now presides over the section of criminal court that Marabella formerly presided over, to throw out her sentence and conduct an evidentiary hearing "to discuss a downward departure."

"Her entire life has been a prison of sorts," Monk writes in the petition, which she filed on her own behalf and in which, referring to herself in the third person, she describes her life as one of torture and pain. "She deserves a bit of freedom while she is young enough to enjoy it," Monk writes.

In the alternative, she is requesting a jury trial.

District Attorney Hillar Moore III said Friday he maintains full confidence in Monk's conviction and sentence. He said his office will respond to Monk's court filing when served with it.

"Monk entered her manslaughter plea with no indication whatsoever from the court or the state as to the possible sentence," Moore said. "The judge considered all of the appropriate circumstances and fashioned a reasonable sentence."

Monk was not only 17 but also seven months pregnant with Jace Crehan's child when the pair broke into Robert Noce Jr.'s Zachary trailer the night of July 4, 2015, and killed him. Noce, 47, was strangled, stabbed and stuffed inside a 55-gallon container.

Crehan admitted to detectives that he choked and stabbed Noce after dragging the sleeping man from his bed. Crehan said the knife he used was retrieved from Noce’s kitchen by Monk, at Crehan’s direction.

Monk testified she sprayed Noce in the face with a man’s body spray while Crehan wrestled with him. She denied stabbing Noce but admitted punching him 10 to 15 times while Crehan held him down.

At the sentencing of Crehan and Monk, Marabella called the slaying a "diabolical act" and "vigilante justice."

Noce was a former boyfriend of Monk's mother and raised Monk for about 10 years after her mother abandoned her. Monk repeatedly refers to Noce as "her Daddy" in her post-conviction relief petition. She says she did not learn until much later in life that Noce was not her biological father.

Noce denied abusing Monk but pleaded no contest — 13 days before his death — to carnal knowledge of a juvenile involving Monk when she was a child. He was put on probation. A no contest plea carries the same weight as a guilty plea in criminal court but cannot be used in a civil proceeding.

Monk admitted that neither she nor Crehan had any contact with Noce from his 2012 arrest until his death in 2015 and that Noce posed no threat to them, Marabella has said. Monk also testified at Crehan’s trial that Crehan was not upset by the resolution of Noce’s case.

Crehan, 26, of Walker, was convicted of second-degree murder by a non-unanimous East Baton Rouge Parish jury in 2017. Marabella sentenced him to a mandatory term of life behind bars.

The U.S. Supreme Court, which outlawed split jury verdicts in April, has sent Crehan's case back to the 1st Circuit. The move could lead to a new trial for Crehan.

In Monk's case, the 1st Circuit and the Louisiana Supreme Court have previously affirmed her sentence. She claimed the 35-year prison term for manslaughter is excessive. The 1st Circuit said the facts of the case would have supported a second-degree murder conviction.

Monk contends in her latest court filing that she could be acquitted if tried for second-degree murder.

"There is great probability that at a minimum one juror would have found the Petitioner not guilty of second-degree murder had she gone to trial with expert testimony," she claims.

In terms of expert testimony, Monk faults her attorneys for not investigating pedophilia or battered child syndrome and presenting expert testimony on the profound effect of sexual, physical and mental abuse on its victims.

"There is a great probability that Defense Counsel would not have agreed to have their client accept a guilty plea had they known that expert testimony would have lent credibility to mitigating factors relevant to her culpability in the crime," she writes.

Moore, the district attorney, said Monk's attorneys worked tirelessly on the case from start to finish.

Those attorneys, Lindsay Blouin and Joshua Newville, released a statement Friday backing Monk and saying her 35-year sentence is "grossly disproportionate to the law in Louisiana, the fact that she didn't kill her rapist, and her level of cooperation in testifying for the State against the man who did."

Blouin and Newville, who no longer represent Monk, say she pleaded guilty and agreed to testify against Crehan for two reasons: "to demonstrate her willingness to take responsibility for what happened that July night and most importantly, to be able to have a chance at raising her infant son born while she was in jail."

"With Brittany's current unconstitutional sentence that will not happen," they said.

Monk also had choice words for the District Attorney's Office in terms of its handling of the Noce sex-crime prosecution.

"Revenge does not justify murder. However, due process means fairness. Robert Noce tore apart a little girl's soul and was allowed to plead down to a ten year suspended sentence. Brittany, on the other hand, was victimized even more by the very people who were supposed to protect her innocence and her rights as his victim. The State had a duty to protect, and failed," she alleges.

Monk claims Marabella failed her as well.

"Thirty-five years is a lifetime. The Court failed to give adequate consideration to Petitioner's youth at the time of the offense, as well as her youth in conjunction with, and how it relates to, the fact that she was victimized herself for years by the decedent-victim as an even younger child," she states.

Marabella said Thursday it would not be appropriate for him, as the judge who presided over her case, to comment on her petition.

Monk concludes her post-conviction relief petition by saying she has become an exemplary inmate and a "model offender who has set a standard of excellence warranting a second look from the Court." She says she has a full-time job providing recreation assistance to elderly and infirm offenders housed at the prison's infirmary.

Monk also said she's making every attempt to be an "active, meaningful part" of her little boy's formative years, and is enrolled through a prison program at Tulane University, pursuing a degree in social sciences.

"Free James Fairbanks" vigilante group goes into hiding hours after admitting phone call with James Fairbanks

Now that Laura Smith had to admit that admitted murderer James Fairbanks had indeed gotten a phone call from Laura Smith, Laura Smith has set her group to private. Of course, I saved all the vigilante threats that Smith and her cohorts made before she privatized her site. It is too late. This group has been proven to be a danger to society.

Apparently, Laura Smith made a post that was quickly taken down that made some people conclude she confessed to being more connected to the murder than she let on. Now the Free James Fairbanks vigilante group is not accessible at all. Every action taken continues to prove my point.

As an aside, I see the mentally deficient Fake-"Sex Offender News" blog by the loser from North GA with multiple personalities somehow believes James Fairbanks, who freely ADMITTED to murder, should not be called a murderer because he has not had his day in court, yet is still freely proclaiming I'm guilty of two crimes I did not commit-- rape (was never even charged with rape), and theft (well, I have not had my day in court but it will be tossed out once someone takes like 30 seconds to see the guy in the video is a 60 year old Cuban guy). Hypocrisy much, "Lucky Larry"?

Facebook vigilante group used by murderer now stalking registered citizen activists

https://www.facebook.com/groups/1710566045863512/permalink/2522034178050024/

For the past couple days, the Facebook vigilante group formerly known as "Matteio Condoluci (Preditor)", now known as "Free James Fairbanks", has been trolling registered citizen activist groups. I have received two harassing phone calls from this group already. (Note to folks sending harassing messages, I record EVERY call and they are being used as proof that I was right about this group).

Now I have proven to those who doubted me this group is indeed a VIGILANTE group, despite the claims of the sympathetic media. So go ahead and file your "civil suit." You have lied to the media but screenshots are forever.

I've passed along some of this to various law enforcement agents as well as members of the Nebraska Legislature because the registry needs to be taken offline immediately due to the actions of this vigilante group.

Here is just a small sampling of the harassment and threats they have posted:

I think it is hilarious how they try to blame the victim here.

Speaking of trolls, it seems a certain other frequently mentioned group here posted threats as well so the Jacksonville Sheriff was given notice. Funny, last time I even thought of David Troll, he was crying on the TV claiming he was being cyberbullied only to have the media point out his assault arrest. These thugs never learn.
