For three long years, I've had to endure attacks on my character as I faced false allegations of theft over 1100 miles from my home. I was not allowed to publicly discuss the details of the case. But last week, the prosecutor filed for case nolle prosequi (i.e., declining to prosecute) because they knew I was innocent and had no chance whatsoever of pinning a false allegation against me. 

First on the list of haters is Shoalanda Speaks, the NW Alabama wannabe crime blofg written by complete tools who only got their criminal justice education from SVU reruns. They've reluctantly issued a detraction, calling me "lucky" and suggesting my innocence was merely a "technicality." 

It seems "Lucky Larry", aka, the Stalker Wall guy, was so depresssed that he lost his one big talking point that he has set his shit blog to 'private" and temporarily removed the info off his other stalker websites:

Now i'm just waiting for an apology from twice-convicted registrant Charles Michael Segaloff, aka Michael McKay aka "Registry Report," and Dwayne Daughtery from NARSOL, to issue public apologies for using my false arrest as a way to attack me, make lies about me, and lobby others to withdraw support for OnceFallen.

"Shoalanda Speaks" alter-ego "Nick Ireland" is the My Pillow Guy of Crime Bloggers

Shoalanda Speaks is so obsessed with Derek Logue that she/he/it had taken to publishing falsehoods under a new screen name, "Nick Ireland." For the sake of those who never heard of Shoalanda Speaks, this blog is (supposedly) a "collection" of crime writers that write specifically about Northwest Alabama, primarily the "Quad Cities" of Muscle Shoals, Sheffield, Tuscumbia, and Florence. It is a small, isolated quasi-metropolitan area that consists of four communities with varying populations between 10000 and 50000. It lacks public transportation and is not connected to an Interstate road. In fact, it nearly lost it's "metropolitan area" status altogether if not for some lobbying by local politicians. There is literally nothing special about this isolated collection of communities, unless you want to see a couple of studioos where some faded singers from the 1970s once recorded an album or two. It is a boring cesspool where the old southerners fight to prevent progress. 

In this part of the country, the uneducated hillbillies that largely populate these communities sit around watching reality TV and trash TV shows like Jerry Springer when they aren't busy getting drunk/high or going to family reunions to meet their next lovers. So it is no surprise that a boting, backwater shithole loves their local crime blogs like Shoalanda Speaks. But despite the claim Shoalanda Speaks is a "group" of writers, it is most likely one braindead fucknut writing it all under many aliases. Even the Shoalanda Speaks page stated, "This is a we(blog) featuring editorial opinion on Shoals issues--not an exercise in journalism." In other words, take what's written there with a grain of salt. 

Shoalanda Speaks claims there is a "well-known" crime blogger and a "noted Souther criminologist" named "Nick Ireland" from Huntsville, Alabama. He's so famous that not even a Google search can find him. In fact, this name had previously only popped up once on a sister blog of Shoalanda's called "Shoals Crime" in a very brief discussion of some local interest story in 2016, then resurrected the character in 2021. (There IOs a "Nick Ireland in Huntsville, AL, but he's a youth pastor, not a crime writer.)

I always wonder what celebrities think when they see themselves on the cover of some gossip rag with a story about them that is obviously a load of bullshit. Well, my reaction is mostly point and laugh at their stupidity, but I also recopgnize that the average reader of crime blogs like Shoalanda Speaks because the blog appeals to the horse-paste lickers of the US. 

The Shoalanda Speaks writer using the Nick Ireland persona began her latest personal attack on anti-registry activist Derek Logue by referring to him as a "Franklin County native." The definition of "native" means, "A person born in a specified place or associated with a place by birth, whether subsequently resident there or not." (Oxford Languages) Well, you'd think someone who fancies himself a writer could get something as simple as a birthplace correct, but not Nick Ireland, who did not even get the correct state, much less the correct county. This is not going well for "Nick Ireland" and his "conducting research." LOL

Speaking of Nick Ireland's "research," one would think a crime blogger would understand the basics of the criminal justice system. "Nick Ireland's" lack of insight into the Broward Co FL courts. "Nick Ireland" reports "four" years of delays (ignoring the courts have a pandemic-related backlog, and it hasn't even been three years). He also claims the alibi is "flimsy" basing his argument solely on the claim anyone can use another person's credit card, while ignoring other evidence. I would love to hear Lil Nicky's excuses for the HD video taken by the car lot show a different person than Derek Logue, or the fact multiple people can testify that Mr. Logue was 1100 miles away the same day of the crime, or that the police failed to follow up with the owner of the vehicle who lives in Homestead FL because the police were too busy trying to pin a crime on Mr Logue because the Books had influenced the investigation. I can't blame Nick the Prick here for not understanding the full case since he doesn't have access to the depositions and the discovery evidence. But it doesn't matter, because "Nick Ireland's" intent is not to report, but to distort. That is literally the only thing this troll is ever good at doing. 

"Nick Ireland" seems to have a problem with math. Hey "Nick," what is 2019+4? The answer is 2023, not 2021. Nick Ireland has lousy math skills. Do they not teach basic math in North Alabama? At any rate, it is hilarious that the claims by "Nick Ireland" sound suspiciously like the claims of a certain troll employed by Shoalanda Speaks. 

Next, "Nick Ireland" makes the following blatantly false statement-- "A new informant has come forward accusing Derek of sex acts with an eight year-old girl around the same time he was arrested for First Degree Sexual Abuse of an 11 year-old." Yet, there's no record ANYWHERE of these claims, and that ids because it was completely made up. A couple of years ago, Shoalanda's "informant," a particularly stupid and nasty troll that goes by many names but often settles on "Lucky Larry," made the false claim in a couple of personal attacks, so he's hoping that a lie repeated enough will now someday catch on the same way Encyclopedia Dramatica had spread the lie that Mr. Logue was a "child rapist" years ago. 

Also, 'Nick Ireland" also makes a weird claim that Mr. Logue was sent to a certain facility for mental illness. "Nick" certainly loves to play fast and loose with the facts since Mr. Logue wasn't sent to the place Lil' Nicky has claimed. 

Nick Ireland is essentially the Mike Lindell of Crime Bloggers. 

Lindell had boasted for most of 2021 that he had irrefutable proof of election fraud. Of course, Lindell's supposed proof of widespread election fraud was, as one cybersecurity expert stated, "a turd...And I had to take that turd and turn it into a diamond." 

And so Shoalanda Speaks, which has engaged in over 11 full years of cyberstalking against Mr. Logue, was handed a turd from this "Nick Ireland" and polished it in hopes to turn it into a diamond. But as this blog has reported multiple times, Shoalanda is willing to publish leads from criminals, dope fiends, and other people of dubious character, even working with a person arrested twice for sexual offenses. 

So Shoalanda is the "Frank Speech" of Crime Blogs. Poor research and poor writing plague this shitty backwater hick blog. But just as My Pillow Guy admitted he's not a cybersecurity expert and just sells pillows, Shoalanda admitted the blog is "not an exercise in journalism." What does Shoalanda sell? See for yourself...

My personal stalker tries to distance himself from QAnon while still promoting QAnon

It seems my personal stalker has been released from the loony bin after a 3 month hiatus and has returned to leaving his Q Droppings on my blogs and over at FAC again. But his latest spiel, he tries instead to tie my to the kooky QAnon conspiracy:

So which is it? Do you stand with QAnon or not? Pick a side already. Are you  "Ridin' with Biden" or are you all aboard the "Trump Train?" Or are you a third party guy/gal/creature? Whatever the case, at least try to be consistent. Your stupidity is showing!

There is still nothing lower than an "Anti"

I had a recent discussion with a fellow longtime anti-registry activist, and we were discussing the group that originally inspired this blog. AZUnites was originally created as a parody of a group of wannabe vigilantes called Absolute Zero United, a group abandoned eight years ago. This blog outlasted the original AZU. 

I do not know exactly why they abandoned AZU, nor do I really care. Goodbye and good riddance. However, I believe they quit after realizing insults and threats and lame attempts at sabotaging the anti-registry groups were not working. They gave up and quit.

They used to call themselves the "Antis." They claimed it was short for "Anti-Pedophile" but in reality, they were simply ANTI-SOCIAL. One early article written by a former volunteer wrote a post stating there is nothing lower than an Anti. This triggered the group of these Antis, much to my delight.

Absolute Zero United members may have abandoned their trashy blog and moved onto other things, but there are other "Antis" out there even if they do not use the moniker. 

Absolute Zero and their parent organization, Perverted Justice, are no more. Those who replaced them are no more, either, like Valerie Parkhurst or the Anonymous factions like LulzSec or Death Eaters or whatever Harry Potter trash they blatantly ripped off. Or, existing groups like No Peace For Predators have shifted focus to propagating batshit crazy right winger crackpot conspiracies like QAnon.

There is still one persistent little turd out there, though, who has tried hard to carry on the pathetic legacy of the Antis. It reminds me of a promo WWE wrestler Shawn Michaels made against fellow wrestler Owen Hart back in the 1990s; Shawn Michaels and HHH compared Owen Hart to the last nugget of shit that wont quite flush down the toilet, since he was the last Hart family member left in the WWE at the time. The troll who sometimes calls himself "Lucky" Larry Lynch, or at other times, a parody of my name, a family member's name, or of someone I once knew, this person is the equivalent of that unflappable nugget of excrement. 

An Anti is still an Anti, and there is still no lower life form than a person who could be labeled an Anti. The persistence of the little nugget that refers to himself as "Lucky Larry" is living, unflushable proof that statement holds true today. 

Unhealthy Obsession: My own personal stalker's creepy stalker shrine of me

 

For the past few years, this movement has dealt with a particularly unhinged online troll. He posts his driven on various blogs occasionally, mainly under names like Larry Lynch/ Lucky Larry (a name stolen from some right-leaning personality from Northern Georgia) or Barry Williams. Sometimes, he even attempts to impersonate me or another activist while making ridiculous statements. You don't often see these statements because I never post his drivel, and neither have FAC or SOSEN, two other sites he has trolled over the years. 

About a year or so ago, he started this laughable blog called "sexoffendernews.blogspot.com", a parody of either the old Sex Offender Issues blog or maybe eAdvocate. He attempts to highlight some stories of people arrested on sex offenses (distorting the mugshots in wierd ways for some strange reason) when he isn't writing lame articles attacking various anti-registry groups. He also stole the name "Sex Offender Truth" from a regular poster at FAC. I'm not his only target, but I am the one he/she/it obsesses over the most. 

Quite frankly, I find most of his antics mildly amusing at best (like his lame attempts to "out" registrants posting on the Federal Register regarding SORNA changes, see HERE and HERE), but his virtual wall about me is all manners of mentally disturbing. He made a collage about me which includes a picture of my long-estranged ex-wife and my nephew who passed away a year ago, two people that have nothing to do with the cause of registry reform at all, but are attacked by this loon simply because they were connected to me at some point in the past. I'm not only his banner, his blog wallpaper contains at least a half dozen pics of me and/or family (there may be more but because the wallpaper cannot be seen in its entirety, I can't see if more pics were used). 

He also has pics of other activists or former activists along with random pcs like Jeffrey Epstein. 

To make it more disturbing and pathetic, Sucky Larry changes that banner nearly every single day, and nearly every single one is of me.

Of course, this person is not only a coward, he is largely ignored even by other vigilante groups, except for his pyromaniacal friend Shoalanda Speaks. 

I'm not sure what he is hoping to achieve, but the Stalker Wall takes the cake on the pathetic factor. I did find an illustration online that makes me think of my personal stalker, Sucky Larry. Enjoy.

Who is obsessed with who? "Shoalanda Speaks", "Lucky Larry" and a "suspicious fire"

For over ten years, a shitty crime blogger going by the screen name Shoalanda Speaks is obsessed with Derek W. Logue of OnceFallen. She's recently made friends with another troll who currently uses the screen names "Lucky Larry" or "Larry Lynch" (not his real name, but a name stolen from a man of a similar name in Elijay, GA, nearby where the fake Larry Lynch's IP address has been traced back; he sometimes goes by "Val Parkworst", a parody of long-dead vigilante Valerie "Valigator" Parkhurst). This "Licky Larry" character has been posting for at least three full years, if not longer. Both are obsessed with Derek Logue. It is funny they have claimed it is the other way around, but both continuously write aout Derek, steal his pictures and have posted pictures of Derek AND of his friends and family, post disparaging blogs about him, and have even tried interfering in court cases and attempting to incite violebnce against him. Who is obsessed with who?

In 2010, "Shoalanda Speaks" posted her first blog post about Derek Logue, posting a picture of him from his 1996 wedding announcement (causing emotional distress to Derek's ex-wife, who is in no way connected to the Anti-Registry Movement) and made the following veiled threat --

"Logue would like us to believe that he and others like him are changed. What his writings actually do is portray such a twisted individual that we can't blame those who live nearby this Sheffield "activist" for wanting rid of him. We hope that everyone from Turtle Point Village to Manning Homes, from Wilson Lake Shores to Little Guatemala in Russellville, teach their children about sexual predators. After all, they don't wear it stamped on their foreheads...but they should." She also posted a link to the defunct Wikisposure, who took down their website after being repeatedly sued for slander. 

The Sheffield police took a report but did not follow up on this threat because cops don't care about investigating crimes against Registered Persons. It is the complete and utter failure by the Sheffield PD to investigate Shoalanda that has empowered this dubious crime blog to continue posting lies as well as threats. A crime blogger who fails to do her research is worthless as a crime blogger, but that's why she's a crime blogger, not a criminal investigator. She could not "finish" her investigation because she discovered the things she wanted to believe about Derek Logue came from a blog that was shut down after being sued for posting lies about those they targeted, including Derek. Well, that and her only other resource was Clay "T-Sand" Keys, a recidivist currently serving 15 years in a FloriDUH state prison. (Shoalanda has continuous misrepresented Derek Logue as a "child rapist" because she info came from said blog rather than admit she was wrong.)

In the pasty ten years, Shoalanda Speaks has featured Derek Logue nearly two dozen times while Logue has not even lived in the Shoals area in a decade. 

Of course, since she has little to fear from the local inept backwater police of the Shoals area, so she's made other veiled threats, including those written by the guy pretending to be "Larry Lynch." One recent example was the "Pen-N-Sword" blogpost (another shitshow by Shoalanda and her new girlfriend "Lucky Larry") in which they suggested "putting an end to Derek Logue.

Interesting, both Shoalanda and Larry Lynch (who runs a fake blog called "Sex Offender News", a name he stole from a regular poster at FAC) both started talking about the fire, calling it "suspicious" while implying Logue was somehow the cause of the fire. It is funny how Trollanda like to claimshe only posts factual information but lies to her readers that Logue planned on moving to Muscle Shoals, a shithole of a city where no self-respecting human being would ever choose to move willingly. 

But now that suspicion has been turned around on Shoalanda and Larry Lynch, two people who were calling, texting, and emailing threats and harassment against Derek Logue, they're going on the defensive.

What is also interesting is they were quick to rejoice the moment the news came out about the fire. The timing is not coincidental and should be seen as suspicious on the part of these vigilante groups. It is known that some criminals like to admire their crimes, and Shoalanda Speaks/ "Lucky Larry" are behaving as some arsonists do. 

Now, if you've noticed that "Lauren Book", the Florida State Senator, is listed in the tag line, it is because the person who calls himself "Larry Lynch" has gone by a number of names -- "Killen Kate" on Pen-n-Sword, Barry Williams on Broward County crime blogs, and "Garl Pinkerton" on Twitter (among others. This is important news because it was this "Garl Pinkerton" alias that contacted Logue in July 2017 about Senator Book's bogus SLAPP Suit within hours of Book filing the paperwork:

To me, this implies that Senator Lauren Book and "Larry Lynch" and his two dozen aliases know each other. How else would he have known about a SLAPP Suit filed 1100 miles from Derek Logue's home? Speaking of that SLAPP Suit, the trolls are upset that Senator Book's SLAPP Suit was stricken down as a blatant violation of constitutional rights. 

Up until this point, there has been no punishment gor two stalkers who have created phony reports on a Registered Citizen activist for years. They've threatened family members, including an ex-wife Logue has not even communicated with for a decade and has no involvement whatsoever with the Anti-Registry Movement.

So this "Lucky Larry" is seemingly connected to both Shoalanda Speaks and Senator Book, two people who have harbored publioc ill-will towards Logue and have used the registry as a tool for harassment in violation of the law, meaning both have engaged in criminal activity. 

Do I believe the fire was suspicious? Yes, because vigilantes have engaged in arson, like the Lessleys, a family called out for harassing a local Registrant in Alabama back in 2017. 

To be fair, we at AZU understand that people like Shoalanda Speaks are uneducated and easily mislead. While Shoalanda Speaks rails on Logue living in rural Nebraska, yet Alabama consistently ranks at the bottom of US educational styatem lists. US News and World Report lists Alabama as 50th (dead last) in education in America. (Incidentally, Nebraska ranks in the Top 10.) The only good thing about Alabama is leaving. The Shoals has NOTHING to offer anyone. Thwey're so desperate to get people to move there, they are paying people up to $10k to relocate to that isolated backwater cesspool.

Do I think Shoalanda Speaks and/or fake Lucky Larry committed arson? I'd say that is a maybe. They were awfullyquick to spread the news, so perhaps that is evidence of their involvement, even if it is merely indirect involvement. They think they are untouchable, but Senator Book thought the same thing until she lost her SLAPP Suit. 

People like "Lucky Larry" or "Shoalanda Speaks" think trash-talking is scaring us into submission. It is not. They love to think we fear them. We don't. Better people than they have tried silencing this movement and have failed. Harassment does not work. The laws are slowly changing. Muscle Shoals, as isolated as it is, cannot avoid the coming change. There IS Anti-Registry activism alive everywhere, even in a remote place like Muscle Shoals, AL. Deal with it. 

Google allows cyberstalking of Registered Citizen Activists even after cyberstalker freely admits to cyberstalking

Recently, this blog had a few things removed, despite falling into Fair Use for informative content. (For example, my article on Predator Poachers, which contained screenshots of Alex Rosen discussing his DUI arrest.) However, Google has not given me (or any Registered Citizen, for that matter) the same level of consideration. That is why so many online vigilante scumbags use Google's Blogspot.

My personal stalker (who refers to himself by various names, including Mr Punch, Barry Willians, and Lucky Larry) is no exception. He joins the long line of other vigilante doucherags who have devoted so much time trying in vain to silence my activism. However, when a person goes beyond mere criticism into actively committing crimes against me, that is when the powers that be should step in. In the past two years, I've received numerous harassing phone calls and text messages. This loser has impersonated me and other Anti-Registry activists on multiple platforms. And now, he's taken to stealing my pictures and trying to associate me with "communists", Nazis, and Jeffrey Epstein.

I generally just ignore those pathetic waste of humanity. No one, after all, reads his shitty blog, except maybe his/her/its fellow scumbag Shoalanda Speaks (someone who had no problem working with recidivist Clay Keys.) But Google has been slow to respond to addressing this person's blog, which in recent weeks, has depicted me as promoting Nazis and Soviet Communism, and posting a pic of my residence with poorly photoshopped pot plants and Jeffrey Epstein. He even freely admits to constant harassment. and stealing copyrighted information.

Maybe he should work of spelling (he spelled Achtung as Ack Ton; what a fucktard!).

But the point here isn't some pathetic piece of shit no one cares about, but Google's longstanding policy of selective enforcement of closing accounts that violate terms of service. As I previously mentioned, Google has deleted many legitimate articles from my blog that had used actual news resources and screenshots of posts made, things that actually fell into Fair Use, while allowing people to post vigilante assaults on Registered Persons. The real problem isn't some crackpot living in his mom's basement in Northern Georgia, but this evil multibillion-dollar corporation that controls so much of our daily lives that it is hard to avoid their products. I may be using a Google blog, but Google is still an unethical corporation. That is what truly needs to change.

"Sex Offender Truth"? More like Lies About Registrant Citizens

It is often said "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery." Well, one of my personal stalkers has taken to creating his own blog similar to mine but calling his "Sex Offender Truth" to try to mock the work this blog has done. (Incidentally, he's impersonating a fellow activist that uses the some moniker on anti-registry forums.) He also got his endorsement from that other waste of humanity, the loser working the Shoalanda Speaks shitblog.

I guess he thinks by changing his screen name between Barry Williams, Steve Dixon, Garl Pinkerton,  Val Porkworst, and now  "Lucky Larry" that'll somehow hide his ID. Sorry, Loser Larry, but IP addresses still give you away. Well, that and your pathetic photoshop jobs. 

Of course, there is one value to this otherwise useless blog otherwise not worth reading, many of his headlines say things are of a violent nature, like "Burn him at the stake," "fry him" or "drag him behind a car." It shows the mental derangement behind these truly violent personalities hiding behind anonymous bloggers.  This merely proves us with more proof that the registry should be abolished for all eternity.
